Significance of Women Wearing Rudraksha Posted: 26 Nov 2021 01:54 AM PST Significance of Women Wearing Rudraksha Women should never be swayed by the opinion of others in wearing a Rudraksha. Every one of us knows the universal truth that Goddess Shakti or Parvati is a part of God Shiva and so goes the established fact there is no Shiva without Shakti as the vice versa holds equally good. With God himself offering half of his body to enshrine the Goddess into him, it also authenticates our belief that they are two sides of the same coin. This unanimously applies to both the gender on Earth and is applicable in wearing the Rudraksha too. Thus women can very well wear a Rudraksha and experience the bliss of positive energy. Posted: 26 Nov 2021 01:54 AM PST This is a 7 Mukhi Ganesha Rudraksha which has a trunk protruding out of one of its Mukhs. This makes it a Ganesha Rudraksha as it looks like the head of Lord Ganesha. This Rudraksha bead should be worn by management students and professionals and those appearing for interview. It will help the wearer gain knowledge to get money and financial benefits. A person who uses gaining knwoledge to earn out of it, like interviewer, quizmaster, teacher or professor shoud also wear this bead but most importantly students should wear Ganesha Rudraksha. It increases confidence and concentration of a person for the task at hand. To buy this product, please visit rudrakshahub : 7 Mukhi Ganesha Rudraksha (Nepali) [link] [comments] |
Looking for Direction for a Gym Payment system. Posted: 25 Nov 2021 04:32 PM PST Me and a few friends Purchased a Gym yesterday for our new business. We were looking at the payment system that the previous owners have installed, and its a old system called "gym assistant", which runs on a computer with OS windows 96. As the system currently stands, the previous owners were manually updating everyone's information whenever they received their monthly payments, manually searching who didn't pay, freezing their cards, ect. We would like to get a system which does all of that automatically, to make it as hands free as possible, so we dont have to use the office, and can essentially do everything from our home computers. The issue isnt finding a auto payment / subscription service. The problem is finding one of those, which also has the ability to check, "hey this guy paid this month, his card is still going to allow him through the doors", or "this dude missed his payment by 3 days, his card is now frozen". If you could give us any direction, it would be very much appreciated. Because as it stands, we dont know what we dont know, so its making it hard to find where to start. [link] [comments] |

Do advertisements and sponsorships actually work Posted: 25 Nov 2021 09:49 AM PST You know when you see advertisements for big companies like Facebook or google or something on tv? I just mute those and do something else. Like google is one of those things literally everyone uses so why are they wasting money advertising? what is the success rate of advertising to the money they waste making the advertisement? Also, when you see things like "this show is sponsored in part by…" and then it goes and plays like a Nissan commercial… like never have I ever been like "oh I like this show and Nissan is sponsoring them! I've got to go out and buy one now!" Like what? [link] [comments] |

How do you motivate your Remote team? Posted: 25 Nov 2021 11:24 AM PST Context/Background: I am a Virtual Assistant, I am very versatile. Got into this company I am now, like 2 years ago. Was a Wordpress Editor, and began noticing their writers sometimes where good sometimes were shit. So I began analyzing that on my free time, and devised a system to qualify them. (I was not a manager for writers, just editor). The system worked for me, as I could work on the good writers articles, and be more productive. I started refusing to work on the shitty writers articles, and my manager talked to me and I confesed my qualification system. Manager was interested, and soon I was the one giving the go-ahead for a hiring in writers. This was also a way to fire bad writers I ddint want to work from. This was at 7USD/Hour. Payment delays, and I resigned the position. Got hired at another company, as a VA with various jobs, between them I got into a hire position to find developers. 20USD/Hour. I just posted on linkedin, indeed, reddit, interviewed devs, and gave my insight to my boss. He hired or not. And I got 100 interviews per week, from where we hired some. Covid came, and I was let go since the company didnt have funding to keep me. First company contacted me back. I wanted nothing to do with them, but hey, mid-covid and no one was hiring. I took a job back. 7USD.. But now I got the promise of being a Manager. A role I never did before. I was Managing both Writers and Editors. And made a system using asana and hubstaff to keep all working nice. Productivity went trought he roof. We went from 5 to 10 writers, to 50 writers. We were outputting 500 articles published per week. Bad accounting got us to stop, as we were spending too much cash on it. I had to fire tons of people, but kept the budget in control. This left me with little to do in the company, and my boss moved me to another company he owns. A Merchadise B2B company. So I went. I dont know anything about Merchandise. So first I moved some workers from Clockify to Hubstaff. Found slackers and fired them. Hired new team and they are working fine. Got payments increases to 14USD. The workflows dont exist, the onboarding doesnt exist. I am constantly trying to fix the current fire. Finding more workers, more leads. I got to learn to do Lead Gen, Manage FB campaings, Manage Customer Support teams. And I had to do high-stress decisions. One decision after another, that could break the company or make it survive. The stress was too high. Sometimes I took one decision and couldnt work more for the day. Thus reducing my payment. Also, my boss cant handle stress at all and has hate-yells constantly. First I feared them. Now I am at a moment when he does and I just ignore him. There is also constant payment delays, as the budget is not there. I learned to live with them. I am learning a ton, as being kind of a CEO is an adventure on its own. but I am making less money than if I found another job. This past month I did not worked at all. I had to make the hardest decision ever, and my boss didnt even notice the decision I did. or the consecuences. Anyway, the month went by with me having terror to go back to work. So, no payment. Boss noticed me gone after 2 weeks, and reached out via another way, and talked with me. I explained my streess levels and told him Ill be back when I can. I got back this week. And I work like 1 to 2 hours. and abandon ship. I dont even know what to do. When before I was doing 10/20 tasks simultaneously. How do I get back on track? How would you motivate a worker remotely? I am also having the same issue in all the company levels. People flop too soon. and more importantly, how do I get my efficiency/productivity back? [link] [comments] |

Customer Discovery for Software developers Posted: 25 Nov 2021 05:21 AM PST Hello Reddit, I'm following a minor in Entrepeneurship where we are starting our own business. With my background in software development, I figured it would be the most obvious business to start. Less obvious is the form of the business and finding the customers. How does one start looking for customers who need software like websites, mobile apps and/or games? I've tried cold emails and Facebook forums, to no avail. How did you find your first customers? What are some good books or resources I can learn business talk? Posted: 25 Nov 2021 02:53 AM PST I am someone who likes to watch shark tank and if I don't understand something, like what a CAC is, or how they get the valuation, I'll google it. I like to learn these things. So what I'm asking is, is there a book or something where I can learn more business terms and concepts? I don't have the means to start a business right now, and I don't even know what business I'd want it to be. I just know I want to have this knowledge and I do hope to have a business at some point, I just don't know what it would be yet. I'm studying for digital marketing, so I hope one day I can take all my knowledge and put it together. [link] [comments] |
