My dog and I were attacked on a trail last night. I have questions.

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 05:47 AM PDT

My dog and I were waking on the trail adjacent to my property tonight. My dog was on a leash, walking the trail as we do every night.

We noticed a dog about a hundred yards away. Took a few more steps and realized the dog was off leash and coming right at us.

The dog attacks my dog, it's a pit/boxer mix type or looked to be. No leash.

I walk this trail four times a day with my dog . It's directly behind my back yard. By the time the dog attacked mine, the owners were at least a hundred yards away. The owner walked the whole way up. I realize it isn't extremely relevant, but the gross negligence feels relevant.

On my own I separated the dogs. My dog listened to me and sat and waited. The other dog continued to attack. The owner later said it was a rescue, they'd had it for a week.

As soon as the attack happened, I began wildly swinging at the dog and continued swinging beyond when I ran out of breath. I did everything I could to stop the fight.

I got the dogs owners name and number. My dog has two puncture wounds, elbow and foot. Extremely trivial wounds. I don't know the dogs rabies status. My dog has all her shots and takes medication monthly. She is up to date on everything. i have an approximately 1.5" bite mark from the other dog I sustained breaking up the fight. Unlikely to need stitches but the bleeding still hasn't stopped. Did not call the police. I fear it will be more trouble than it's worth, but I think I might be wrong and should file a report ?

I'm pissed, it was extremely irresponsible in every sense of the word. I am furious. I want to take legal action, but I fear I am acting too impulsively and out of anger. Am I in the wrong here? Should I think twice? What should I do? I am extremely careful in every scenario with my dog, we take every single precaution even knowing she likely will never be the instigator. We are so careful all the time and I'm angry. My fear is that my anger is clouding my judgement.

What's the move, Reddit? I took plenty of photographs.

    Located in palm harbor, Florida.

    Update:

Took my dog to the vet this morning. She got antibiotics and pain meds, she's gonna be just fine. I'm at urgent care waiting to be seen right now. From a legal standpoint, do I have decent grounds for litigation? Is it advisable to go that route in my situation?

Thank you all for your advice!

My new job will have you working for 24 hours straight. If you leave you'll be fired and also charged with neglect.

    Posted: 29 Oct 2021 07:49 PM PDT

I started working for a company that helps individuals in group homes. We cook, clean, give them their meds and just overall make sure everything is okay. They're severely lacking in staff. Someone needs to be at the home 24/7 365 days a year.

If the person coming in after you calls out, you must stay. That's 16 hours straight. If the person after that calls out, you guessed it, you must stay. That's 24 hours straight. You basically have to stay until someone else shows up. When you call out there's no requirement to find coverage. Its the person who is already on shift job.

My very first week this happened to me. My 8 hour shift was over and when the time came for the other person to come in, they didn't show. So I'm anxiously waiting for the next person to show up and again, they didn't show. There's other people to call but no one leaves their phone on. You're literally stuck until someone agrees to come in.

You do get paid OT after 40 hours a week. My question is, what if there's an emergency and someone is in the hospital? If you walk out without someone else there you'll be fired and they will get the state involved which will prevent you from working in a lot of different fields again.

You're not even allowed to sleep. A coworker got caught sleeping(he was going on 16 hours straight) a higher up walked in and caught him with his head down. He was told to leave and was fired the next day.

Is this legal? I'm currently on a 16 hour right now and the person who was supposed to come in to relieve me called out. Emailed the only person I know that can do something saying I can't stay. They're asleep and most likely won't be up In time to find coverage. I had important plans tomorrow that I'm being forced to miss. It'll be 24 hours straight before another person shows up.

The issue is the job pays more than any job in this area. I would quit but the money is decent even just working regular 40 hours. Is there anything I can do? Can I fight it if I did walk out after 16 hours and trying to get in contact with someone with no answer?

I've never heard of something like this.

Update: I ended up leaving at 12:30-1. I don't even know what the time was exactly. I ended up driving 1 girl to a different house as she has no alone time. The other two girls have alone time up to 8 hours so they were able to stay by themselves for a couple hours until the other staff came in. This is what I as told to do and completely legal. I ended up missing my grandmas appointment and it definitely caused some issues with my grandma and my mom and she had to call out of her own job in order to stay with her. I just got home a little bit ago and I'm gonna try getting some sleep. Thanks to everyone for your advice and comments. Hopefully my next paycheck is a nice one so maybe it'll feel even a little bit worth it. This happens at least once a week so I can't even say I'm 100% relieved as its just gonna happen again next week.

    HOA towed my vehicle

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 02:34 AM PDT

Vehicle is a Ford Transit with Oregon plates. It was parked in Washington State in a space clearly marked GUEST for 15 minutes before the tow company was contacted by the HOA president. My friend owns a condo in the HOA and we visited them for 3.5 hours before noticing the vehicle was gone.

The HOA rules state that guests can park for 72 hours and none of the HOA parking rules were broken. The vehicle was parked within the lines and it was not a handicap space. The towering company has a picture that shows it parked, and the documents lost the reason as "illegal parking".

Is there anyway to recoup the cost to recover my vehicle from the HOA, given the HOA rules say I was allowed to park there?

    Insane romance scam drama (Michigan)

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 08:06 AM PDT

This is a doozy. The wife (age 62) has been taken by a "romance scammer", posing as a celebrity (J Hope of BTS.) The scammer claims to be in love with my wife and plans to marry her. All the while, of course convincing her to send him larger and larger amounts of money to sketchy bank accounts or as Bitcoin. She had sent him over $60,000 by the time I caught this, and she was planning to send $300,000 to supposedly buy a house.

Sadly, I have been unable to break this delusion. Ditto her adult sons or our therapist (so far.) I have locked down her investment accounts, just by resetting user/password/security questions and making sure all password reset options point to me.

My dilemma involves legal, relationship, and technical problems. Obviously I'm here for some legal advice (we have a counselor for the relationship part.)

The conversation I had access to had a reference to her announcing a divorce to me at the end of the year. If this happened, could I challenge it? Could I present evidence of her compromised mental state and poor judgement to have the divorce denied? Or at the very least, giving her the divorce but only with her own named accounts?

Secondly, what would be required to actually assume legal control of her finances? What could I do about her credit cards? I hate to leave her with no option to spend money. But I know she and the scammer have been looking for a way to buy Bitcoin with a credit card, so I might have to find a way to prevent this. And I no longer have a way to monitor her conversation, as she has bought a new phone, that is kept hidden, specifically to speak with him.

GA DMV won’t let me change my last name on license

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 08:46 AM PDT

    Hello,

I got married in Texas but live in Georgia. I updated my social security and went to update my last name on my license. My husband has two last names, but I only took 1.

She said she can't change my name because my husband has 2, so I either have to take both names, or I can go to court to do it.

I'm really confused, my name on my social is already changed. She can add both last names, but not change it to what matches my social?

    What do I do?

Edit to clarify: my husband has two last names since he's from Peru, where they take their dad and their moms last name.

    For example: John Doe Smith

I only took one last name so I am Jane Doe.

Girlfriend being sued for illegal dumping (TX)

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 10:32 AM PDT

My girlfriend just received a letter saying she needs to appear in court or zoom meeting. The fine is illegal dumping. Makes absolutely no sense to us. My girlfriend doesn't have a license. We only have one car that is under my name, and I am still currently paying off. All she does is pretty much attend college in another city and stays at home. We have never even littered, so a letter from the city courthouse telling us that she is being fined for illegal dumping is something we could have never imagined happening. We have never had to appear in court before. Would there be actual evidence of the illegal dumping, like pictures or video, or is it just a witness claiming they saw my girlfriend dumping something somehow. Do we need to find a lawyer? Is there a way to fight this claim? Please help.

My stalker has an arrest warrant on him but wont get arrested until he breaks a law

    Posted: 29 Oct 2021 10:35 PM PDT

I have a HARDCORE stalker who is twice my age. I dont know him, he found me on instagram and eventually where I lived. I got a restraining order when I found out he knew my address in the beginning of oct but he broke it. The cops wont arrest him for that bc they say its just a misdemeanor, but they did build a case on him for stalking and they got an arrest warrant, but they wont arrest him unless he breaks a law, like running a red light, speeding, etc., and is pulled over and a background check is ran on him. They said its unlikely they will send cops to his house to arrest him. Is there any way he can be arrested without breaking a law like speeding? He has trespassed onto my property and left me flowers multiple times despite the restraining order, but I'm not sure if he will come again. If he does, he will be arrested on the spot IF the police arrive while hes still there. I am not asking for someone innocent to be arrested. Im not going to go into detail, but this guy is SERIOUSLY sick and I dont understand why they wont arrest him immediately if he has a warrant for arrest. I dont want to wait for him to possibly run a red light in order to know im safe. He has been obsessed with me for 3 years without me ever replying, he wont just get bored and move on. Also, why wont they just arrest him? Is it a very long/difficult process for them or something? I have no experience in stuff like this

EDIT: for context, I live in California in a pretty safe city, but it's not small/lacking resources. He isn't going to face punishment for violating the restraining order, the warrant is for stalking. He never explicitly stated he would force me into intercourse but he has said "it will never stop so get used to it. I won't stop until I cum in you and then I will do it again and again and again" and has also stated he won't leave me alone until I give him 2 children. The police and judge called him sick/disturbing, but isn't this enough to show he's a credible threat? Hes sent at least 5 emails a week with half of them being sexual in the past 3 years, he has never taken a break. He has 4 tattoos of me, one being a baby photo. He paints pictures of me on blank canvases. He even left flowers for my PARENTS saying he loves me. I've told him to leave me alone and he would respond with "u r so cute I love u 🖤🖤" like okay? Like when I say he's sick, he seriously is not okay. I know his full legal name, face, car he drives etc. because he has sent me photos and vented LONG paragraphs to my email talking about his life story. And he admits to bringing me flowers and "liking me when I was 17" in my emails. He doesn't deny anything because he doesn't see anything wrong with what he's doing. Identifying him won't be an issue I think. My family does own firearms and my dad is a very capable man who was in the special forces, but since I live in California the home defense laws are kind of tricky. I don't want anyone to be physical if he comes to my house because of that. Also, the last time he came to my house he just knocked on the door and said he's here. He doesn't try to hide or be sneaky. He's fully convinced I want him as much as he wants me.

Neighbor's adult son shot my cat with bb gun (Austin, Texas)

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 10:06 AM PDT

We noticed she started limping yesterday afternoon after coming back in, but overnight her arm doubled in size so we took her to the emergency vet. They put her under and discovered that a BB was lodged in her arm. I know for a fact it was my neighbor's son because this cat never leaves my backyard and she is the only neighbor I have (major road behind my backyard, park on the other side of the house). The vet bill for the surgery was over $300.

I haven't confronted my neighbor yet, I'm not sure what she'll say. She's nice but her son(in his first year of community college) has always creeped me out. I'm not sure what to do. The vet saved the bb for me, and I know it was him because I was home when it happened. I was the one who let her out and back in. I'm scared he'll come after my other outside cats. We had two cats disappear one after the other a few years ago- now I'm wondering if that was him too. He definitely could have killed her if it had hit her head or chest.

If it matters, the son has a friend about the same age staying over right now. They likely did it together- maybe the friend brought over his bb gun to use. Our current cats have been going outside for ~3 years without issue. What is the best course of action right now? I'm shaking in anger right now and I want him punished with the full extent of the law.

How can I keep an ex spouse out of a funeral for my wife's grandmother.

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 08:16 AM PDT

    USA- Oklahoma.

I am also a Sheriffs Deputy so I'm trying to figure out things so that I don't also get myself into issues.

Things we have already done are, Tell him he's not invited, and not to show up, spoken to the funeral director.

This man was absuive, and has constantly lied for several years after divorcing my wife's grandmother after she beat stage 4 brain cancer.

We absolutely do not want him to be there, and we know he will show up. I just do not know how to keep him away, and I refuse to make any threats.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Wife's job made her sign a contract for a raise

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 06:15 AM PDT

going to keep it short, the wife was trying to get a raise and got one, but her office had her sign a contract stating that if it was broken she should have to pay back the difference in hourly pay. I'm just confused as to if this is legal or not, I've never heard of such a thing tbh. she's also now in a spot where a coworker who is toxic to the whole workplace (everyone knows it too including her bosses) but she just got a promotion to office manager so she may be gunning for my wife. just wanting to know what can we legally do so avoid having to pay that amount back if it's legal in the first place.

[USA - TX] Landlord gave us a move-out notice right after we signed a renewal lease

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 01:37 AM PDT

    Hi guys,

I live in Austin, TX and have been on a short term lease with my landlord since July. We've been talking all month about renewing our lease and he happily agreed. My roommate and I are currently on separate month-to-month leases atm, but we're joining together on the new lease. This week, he sent my roommate and I the renewal lease agreement to start on 1/1 for a year via DocuSign. My roommate signed on 10/27 and I signed on 10/28. This was a huge relief.

Yesterday, on 10/29, he texted us letting us know that he did not get refinanced for the property and has to sell. He regarded that text as our 60-day notice. He was trying to be nice about it and recommended us to another property of his down the street, but it is twice as big and expensive.

After getting over the initial shock, I began to look into things. First, he did not sign the lease. Varying sources are saying it's still valid vs. not. Secondly, in the lease, he specified a "60-day notice upon sale". A sale has not happened yet. Also I'm not sure if that is even legal because in some states, I read that a sale is not enough of a reason for a <90-day notice. It seems common practice that upon sale, the lease is honored by the new owners.

I have family members that are gonna ask their lawyers for me, but they're not tenant-landlord lawyers so I'm not sure how far that'll get me. I've already submitted a contact form to Austin Tenants Council but I'd like some advice/second opinions about this in the meantime. Anything is appreciated.

[NY] Can't prove my identity to the DMV for an ID because I don't have a bank account, a job and I'm over 21 and I can't get any of those things without an ID.

    Posted: 29 Oct 2021 05:30 PM PDT

New York State requires six points to establish proof of name for an non-driver ID card. I only have five - a high school diploma, a SS card (2 points), a utility bill, and a credit card. EDIT: A birth certificate is 0 points.

I had a bank account, but several years ago my house burned down and I had to move, I never updated my residence, and now I can't do so without an ID. From what I can tell, everything else on their list also requires me to have an ID (except for a municipal ID card, which I can't get because I don't live in NYC) I'm stuck in a catch 22 and I don't know how to get out of it.

I asked a month or so ago and the response I got was to get a passport, but that also requires an ID.

EDIT: I'm going to try filing a tax return. Thank you for your help!

EDIT2: CapitalOne may have accepted my application; if so, that gives me access to enough proof to get me to 6. I didn't think it would work, because other online banks have rejected me for lack of an ID.

My sister faked a high school diploma to get into a CNA program and was accepted

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 01:20 PM PDT

My sister is 41 and never finished high school or got her GED. Despite this, she decided she wanted to become a CNA for better job prospects.

I already knew her faking the diploma was a bad idea and could get her into trouble, but she was actually accepted into the program and is almost finished with it at this point. She said she attended a high school out of state that has since been closed down, so I imagine no one bothered to do any further digging and just took the forged diploma at face value.

My question is mainly, in what ways could this potentially come back to bite her legally? It was bad enough that she's been accepted, but I assume if they find out it was faked after she's (potentially) started working as a CNA, the ramifications would be more serious than if it were just faked to get into school.

I'm not sure though! I'm just concerned for her; she won't listen to anyone when we tell her it's a bad idea. Maybe if I actually understand the legal issues behind it I can make a better argument?

House transferred to wrong person- Michigan

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 04:26 AM PDT

I'm posting this for a friend that finds himself in a tough situation. My friend's mom had purchased fixer-upper properties for both of her sons, J1 and J2, at around $10K-$20k each. Mom's new husband wanted the houses transferred into the sons' names, as he was concerned about liability. Mom had contacted a lawyer to assist with the transfer, and when doing the paperwork for J1's house she made a mistake and told the lawyer J2's name instead. J2 has refused to transfer the property to J1, and is now estranged from the rest of the family for his decision. J1 has lived in the property for ten years, paid all the taxes, and made the vacant property into a livable home. J2 has never lived in the property, and has not contributed a cent. J2 has now listed the property on Zillow as for sale by owner. J1 is now worried that his brother will sell the property and he will have nowhere to live. What can J1 do to stay in his home? His mom is willing to go to bat for him to help fix her mistake.

My kids teacher is harassing her

    Posted: 29 Oct 2021 02:06 PM PDT

My third grader is a pretty well behaved kid. No issues in prior grades and her older brother was also a model student. She is getting straight As so far.

Her teacher has been harassing her all semester long. She has been sent to the principals office twice for supposedly using inappropriate language. Other kids will make complaints about her which aren't true (we have investigated and confirmed this), but her teacher will use their word against her and get her in trouble.

She's also making threats about getting her expelled. It's unclear what the rationale would be but my kid is getting PTSD from this.

Her other teachers think she is an angel.

FWIW we are minorities in a very white upscale neighborhood. She is the only black student in her class.

I don't know what to do. Please help! Are there legal grounds that I can use to get her transferred to another teacher's class? What can I say to the principal that would help?

[Washington state] What happens to your step children if your spouse dies?

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 10:48 AM PDT

Scenario1: bio dad lives in a different state, but even when he lived locally, he didn't perform any parenting functions. What would happen in a situation where my wife died? Would my stepdaughter be required to give up everything she has here, leave everything and go to live with her bio dad (who isn't really a good person, btw)? She is almost 12.

Scenario2: what would happen with my daughter if I died? Currently, my daughter visits on 3 day weekends and holidays, and school breaks (she lives in oregon). Could my ex wife deny visitation based on the fact that she has no more blood ties here? My bio daughter is 13.

The objective here I that I want to ensure stability and legal protection for our kids in the event that one of us pass, the step parents are not pushed out, nor their lives upended.

Employer is keeping our tips [FL]

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 11:31 AM PDT

Is this legal? We build charcuterie/ grazing boards and are paid above minimum wage. The register and online ordering system has a section for tips and we almost always get 15-20% tips on each order. However, the tips actually go to the house and not to us. One of my coworkers asked the owner about this and she said it's not illegal for her to keep the tips since they never advertised that tips go to the employees. I've started telling people in the store not to tip because we don't get to keep it and they are shocked and always say they would never tip knowing that it goes to the owner. So is this illegal or is this just bad practice?

I have a question about what will happen legally if I run away from my marriage without my spouse knowing about my plan

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 10:23 AM PDT

    Edit: Answered, thank you.

    I'm 27f in Washington state. I married 37m.

I don't want to get into the nitty gritty but this man is not who he said he was.

Lied about salary, job, owning a house, owning a rental property, and roughly 150k-200k of debt. All of those things are clearly indicative of other severe personal pathological lies he told in the relationship along side some wild manipulation.

We got married in March. He convinced me to sell my car and downsize with him. I did.

I understand my naive part in this. I understand how I messed up. I am trapped here financially because we merged everything.

I cannot afford a lawyer and don't have family to back me up. I have a friend from work who is going to let me stay with her until I can get on my feet.

I'm planning on taking myself off of all the banking accounts and bills. I'm going to buy a car in cash. I don't have any assets.

I'm asking about all of this because we have "talked" about divorce before. It was scary and life ruining threats were made towards me.

I'm afraid he'll be able to take my car away because it'll be marital property. This is my first and last time being married and I don't know a lot about what's really going to happen.

He broke the process down for me, saying I'll owe him money and I can't take my things from the house. He said that I have to agree to a 30 day eviction or the police will remove me from the house. I don't believe that.

TL;DR What will happen until I have enough of my money again to pay for a lawyer? What can he do to me financially/what power does he really have?

HVAC forgets to finance, threatens removal of our AC

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 10:21 AM PDT

    In Sacramento, California

We recently bought a house and moved in. It's my first house, and have barely owned it for a month. We had issues with the AC that wasn't caught in the inspection, and the unit was so old it was better off being replaced.

During the consultation, the guy went through the models, pricing, and the terms of the financing. At no point did we sign any contract. The guy then scheduled us for installation.

Well the day of the installation (yesterday) we called to see if someone was coming with a contract or something to settle everything and squaring away the financing part, since we were under the impression that financing was in-house, and it was just some paperwork

Turns out, the terms they set for us were through Wells Fargo, and they wouldn't take us. Now they say I have to put a lien on the house using ygrene, which I am not keen to do, considering I only bought it barely a month ago.

We're not sure what to do at this point, and the cost is around $10k, which isn't money we just have lying around. We're reaching out to family, but the whole situation is pretty messy regardless.

The sales rep is now telling us they will come out and "rip it off the roof" if we don't pay $3k/month, find someone to do Wells Fargo financing, give them a $10k check, or do ygrene. This is their mistake. Can they come back on our property and rip it off our roof with no signed contract? Do we have any legal recourse? We offered to pay them the monthly payments we were told, and they refused.

Sisters Abusive Ex Threatening me with charges

Background - Sister left her babies father in April and they moved in with me. He assaulted her which prompted the leave. She is going through a custody fight and he was given supervised visitation(his mother is the supervisor) at the temp hearing, he was also ordered to do a pysch evaluation and drug and alchohol screening. Prior to the hearing on a facetime call with the child I heard him cussing at the child so I took the phone and told him that wasn't an appropriate way to speak to a child and this led to him threating me physically and harrassing me over text. I pressed charges which go to court next year. At the last visitation he said the child told him I was mean and spanked him (I use time out for discipline) and now he is saying he is going to press charges on me for child abuse - should I be worried and retain legal counsel?

My Chinese employer withdrew my 2020 RSUs 51 weeks after they were deposited, they're demanding I re-purchase and return the shared I sold earlier this year.

I'm probably doxing myself here but I'm an American working for a Hong Kong subsidiary of a major Chinese company.

I was hired in late 2018 and was diagnosed with terminal cancer a few months later. I took short stints off for palliative treatment until I finally went on unpaid medical leave and retuned to the US in 2020. I was pleasantly surprised when my RSUs vested on the 2 year anniversary and I wrote a thank you note to my Hong Kong leadership. I didn't hear back.

I sold half the stock in mid-2021, in part to cover the taxes owed for the award, the rest for medical and living expenses.

51 weeks after it was vested (just as I was preparing for the next vesting), my Morgan Stanly account was frozen, the remaining shared removed, and a negative balance displayed.

I got a letter from the Chinese parent company demanding that I re-purchase the shares I sold.

I requested a copy of my award agreement and it's true, I was not entitled to the shares in light of my extended leave of absence.

I'm slow rolling my response while I consult smarter people than me.

I have spoken to my accountant and neither she nor her peers have heard of a situation like this.

My shares went into a blackout period, which I pointed out to the Chinese company. They lifted the blackout.

Obviously this is a little inconvenient after being on unemployment disability with cancer but I have enough equity in my home if they'll be patient enough for a refi.

I'll certainly buy them back but I can't help but wonder... I mean, I sent then a thank you letter, it's not like I was trying to hide anything.

Legally, what are the consequences if I don't buy them back? Note that I'm technically still employed by the company but never intend to return to Hong Kong or China given my health. I'm just waiting to be let go with severance rather than quit. I know that they would probably fire me without severance now but anything else? Maybe I can never use Morgan Stanley again because of the hefty negative balance? Would this be some kind of international white collar crime?

    Thanks for your thoughts!

Edit: Here is the wording from the equity incentive plan that makes it clear I didn't have the "right to receive" the shares. And yet they issued them... do they have the right to take them back?

"If you shall take any leave (whether due to sickness or any other personal reason), other than any paid annual leave permitted unter Applicable Law or under your employment or service agreement with a Group Member of which you are a Service Provider, (x) for a duration equal to or longer than 180 days cumulatively during teh two (2) year period commencing from the Grant Date through the First Vesting Date (as may be extended pursuant to this Section..."

I've had 300+ days of unpaid leave during those first two years.

Forced PTO when not provided equipment to work - NY state

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 08:26 AM PDT

I recently left a job where I was a salaried (exempt) employee. During my final month at the company, my company issued computer stopped charging and needed to be repaired. My boss refused to give me a new computer and told me to just take a few days off while it got repaired, as I was not allowed to work on any other device.

When I received my pay stub for this time period, my boss had put those hours in as PTO for me without my consent.

This all occurred after I had given official notice that I was leaving for a new position. I believe this was done to minimize the amount of accrued PTO I would have to be paid for on my final paycheck.

Is this legal or do I have recourse to get paid for that forced PTO, as it should have stayed accrued and been paid out on my last paycheck.

    Thanks!
