Seeking business partner

Hello everyone, my name is yuliku and I started a YouTube channel two years ago. I have been making videos since more than two years ago and I have almost 10k subs and 2 millions views. It was a channel for my films about people expressing their emotions with their eyes.

I started to make talking videos about self improvement, self reflection recently and usually my new video has around 2 to 3k views and I post two videos a week.

I have been trying to finance myself but I'm not sure how to have stable income with creating content.

have a friend who has a bunch of cash laying around , not positive but around 300k, more than enough for his current living situation (he's 22 living at home) i need to borrow some money, around 10-15k as i'm in need of money right now because i paid off my student loans and don't have any money right now. he is very stingy with money unfortunately, which is completely understandable, i can't judge, but i'm asking you guys how i can go about asking him for a loan. i can promise him repayment by signing whatever he wants, also a little bit of interest. things like that. anyone wanna type up a short message i could send him , or give me some tips. thanks

So I have to register my pet sitting as a business? What will my taxes be like?

I mean't to say "do" in the title, not "so", but it won't let me edit it. I work at a doggy daycare right now but it will be closing in April. I wan't to give my info to some of the owners so I can pet sit for them. I wouldn't be pet sitting more than 5 dogs at once so in my area I won't beed to get a permit, however I'm confused about registering it as a business. I'de probably only be making like $60 a day tops. Don't businesses pay extra taxes? If I have to pay extra taxes after registering it as a businesses, and I'm only making an upwards of $60 a day, will it even be worth it at that point?

hi im trying to open a bank account for a s corporation business and this one bank would not let me do it without an operating agreement. other banks had no issue.
is it legal for a bank to demand one despite that no state has made it prerequisite?
and how can make get a sample for me to form one? only ones i have found were all for LLC.
