What advice would you give someone who is better at finding logical faults in their own plans than actually making plans?

    Posted: 04 Mar 2020 10:43 PM PST

For example, say someone tried to come up with a plan against their competitor, they sit and ponder and come up with something, then they quickly write it off for finding sonething in it that will be to obvious and give it away to the other company, or wouldn't work because this or that is likely to go unpredictably. They repeat this process over and over and then become frustrated because they haven't developed a plan that will work yet.

    Doing payroll in my S-Corp:

    Posted: 04 Mar 2020 04:16 PM PST

#1: What is a simple, and cheap, payroll service for first foray into this world?

#2: Is there a pitfall for paying my wife a small salary from the S-Corp to do the payroll each period?

My accountant came back to me and told me I am in the bracket where setting up an S-Corp and then paying myself payroll as an employee will help me with my taxes. I am paid a 1099 Misc C, so it's no problem to have that paid to a bank account on the S-Corp. I already know what I would pay my salary at based on average income in my business, and keep the extra as a end of year distribution, or retirement contribution, whatever.

    Alibaba in Europe?

    Posted: 04 Mar 2020 01:27 PM PST

Hi guys, does anyone know any platforms such as alibaba in europe? I need some custom made clothing for a brand in the UK, however i am having a hard time finding suppliers. I need things such as custom windbreaker jackets, shoulder bags etc. Ordering from outside of europe seems to cost a lot of money (shipping + huge taxes).

    Contemporary Case Studies

    Posted: 04 Mar 2020 12:27 PM PST

Does anyone know of any recent business related case studies? They can be any issues that already have case studies, or not. For example, an older case would be Volkswagen and the emissions scandal, or the banning of Nikes new running shoe. Just need some ideas for a paper/presentation. Thanks!

    How much should I invest?

    Posted: 04 Mar 2020 12:23 PM PST

I started drip shipping on eBay about 2 months ago. I've only been selling 1 product (I should sell more I know) and I've made £105 so far. I am thinking now I've found a product that sells, and I have experimented with price, that I should stop drop-shipping and sell the same product from my home, so I can decrease shipping time to 1-2 days getting more sales, and more positive feedback. I am buying in 1 unit for around £3 an selling them for £15. How much should I spend on my first lot of stock? They take around 20-40 days to be shipped. I am 14 years old and only have around £200 in the bank. Thanks :)

    Business Name Copyright Question

    Posted: 04 Mar 2020 11:54 AM PST

    Hello,

I was recently wondering about a certain copyright question while naming businesses, here is my example: if someone names his business something like RealVogue, and one of the words in the name match a company (which in this case is 'Vogue'), is it even allowed/legal?

    Thanks,

Looking for app/system for managing inventory

    Posted: 04 Mar 2020 04:30 AM PST

Looking for the best system for managing inventory. My field is car-tires, and I would like to have specific options for each item I store. Exampel: Summer/Winther, Size, Used/New, Price,Purchase price. Also I would like for it to have API so it maybe can communicate with other systems.

Anyone know a app/system for this?
