A risk extractor for company filings. Posted: 01 Jul 2018 08:14 AM PDT I always found the risk sections in a 10-k boring to read, due to the enormous amount of boilerplate. I built a tool as a hobby to extract the most important risks for the S & P 500. http://shareseer.com/analysis/risks?tick=MOS to access risks for that tick http://shareseer.com/search?q=MOS to access 10-k/10-Q filings, company description, insider filings if any and risk analysis page. I also added this page to get a live twitter like feed of insider transactions in real time http://shareseer.com/today/insiders I'd love your feedback about the application. I'd also like to know about pain points as you conduct your due diligence in your investment process. [link] [comments] |
M&A announced date and closing date help Posted: 01 Jul 2018 08:40 AM PDT Is it possible for a public company's M&A announced date and closing date to be the same date? Why/why not? [link] [comments] |
Anyway To Do This? (Need £30,000) Posted: 01 Jul 2018 08:28 AM PDT Basically, for visa purposes, I need £30,000. The way it works is that in order to sponsor my partner we need savings held in an account for 6 months, then when the visa is accepted we can return the money. Is there any way I can get this finance for 6 months and then give it back? Obviously we understand we wont get this for free and woll probably have to pay interest, but it is a unique situation since we would be able to just give the savings back after the 6 months. Any advice would be great. Thanks. [link] [comments] |
