    Hey,

till this minute IB market data is down for almost 2 hours which cost me money as i'm an option trader. i had open position on SPX that was up last time the system was up and now probably evaporated.

Is there anything i can do to claim a compensation apart from those useless IB tickets?

    Regards

[Question] (I'm very new) After a stock sees a big profit, is it normal for the stock to see losses the next day?

    Posted: 05 Jan 2018 05:05 PM PST

Sorry if this is an odd question. I'm very new to investing. I've heard the term profit taking thrown around.

JPM believes when the Fed hikes rates to 1% above core inflation, it pushes the business cycle towards its end, catapulting the economy into a recession. Either inflation will go up in 2018 or that might come close to occurring because the Fed has guidance for raising rates another 75 basis points.

Is there any upside to buying $SPXS in 2018?

I'm just looking for opinions, since it seems like the consensus forecast for 2018 is overwhelmingly positive.

Some Of The Immense Trading Techniques

    Posted: 05 Jan 2018 06:58 PM PST

The technical analysts implement many indicators in order to find the accurate Share Market tips. Technical analysts combine two indicators together to grab better opportunities in the market. Tushar Chande developed a unique indicator, which brings together the features of candlestick analysis with the relative strength index. The traders use this technical indicator to gauge the right time to buy or sell the stocks. The indicator informs the traders about the relationship between stock open price and the closing price of the stock over a certain period.

In general, the Bollinger bands strategy engages a double bottom set up. The initial bottom of the double bottoms and Bollinger bands combination has a strong volume. Another movement observed in this formation is a sharp price pullback, which gets close outside of the lower Bollinger band. These kinds of moves are called an automatic rally. When the rally starts, the price tries to retest the current lows that are set in order to check the strength of the buying stress. Technical analysts wish to retest bar inside the lower band. This represents the downward pressure in the price of the stocks, which has fallen down. Now there will be more buyers than sellers. Traders need to keep in mind the volume factor also.

These are some of the immense trading techniques. Many traders and technical analysts use a bunch of technical indicators together in a chart due to the messy feeling they get. Traders put on price, volume and Bollinger bands on the charts. The veteran professionals of Money Classic Research offer accurate stock market tips to their clients.

Money Classic Research hires experienced and specialized technical analysts. This is one of the best advisory firms.

    Ticker TMD on the TSX

I've recently come across this company and it seems to be in an interesting and innovative sector. It's a development stage company, focuses on design and development of robotic surgical system for application in minimally invasive surgery (MIS).

The stock has recently shot up with some saying there's big news on the horizon. Recently their technology which is called SPORT surgical system has been introduced in some hospitals and trials have been successful. They also have a whole bunch of parents. This technology seems very promising and I also heard something recently about FDA approval.

So what do you think? Anyone know more?

Important Dates for a stock website?

    Posted: 05 Jan 2018 07:52 AM PST

So I've been trading for a few months and had pretty good success. However, yesterday I purchased a stock and they dropped 10% in Pre-market which professed in open hours.

They released their sales numbers after hours last night and they weren't great. Is there a website where I can find important dates beside just dividends and declaration dates?

NOOb here. Got interested with crypto, and have done fairly well. Scared of crypto now after weeks of personal research and looking to venture into the actual market.

I know a little, but looking for guidance. What to read and some things that break it all down. I have been researching the stock market for a while and I feel like I have a little bit of a grasp on it but, need more solid things to read/watch. The lingo mostly throw me off, so In a nut shell want to transfer my crypto earnings to the stock market.
