What I've found about myself while being part of the extended Reddit family is that I just love challenges, even more - I need them to grow!
Sometime back I've made a post about doing a website for cheep, I've had tons of people reaching out to me, and I've learned a lot form that experience.
While that was a really fun test / project, I've learned that I don't want to be "I'll do it for cheep kinda guy" It's way to much crowded on Fiverr and Upworks with this kind of offers!
I don't just deliver - I communicate, create and I build. My contribution to your business is a direct result of my understanding of your vision, your goals and my skills.
Marketing

What do I do?

• I do a complete market research in order to get targeted audience for your business.
After that I position the adds from the results that I get from that research.

• I do Social Media Marketing: I create and run Facebook, Instagram advertising

• I work with influencers: I'll find you the right one for your business. I'll do a research, I'll make him and offer, and I'll take care that everything runs smoothly.

• I plan, design and run social media campaigns.

• I do Email marketing: I feel that this is super necessary to have this in place.
In case if your social media profiles get hacked, or banned - this is what will drive sales.

• I do B2B and B2C marketing.

• I do Copywriting and SEO optimization.

What do I focus on?
• Design - People will always buy with their eyes, before paying with their money.
• Good description - That's what makes potential client "pull the trigger" on something that you offer.
• Time, Placement and meaning of the work that I do. My main focus is to get as much as I possibly can for the least money that I can - While not sacrificing on quality. For me it's always Quality before Quantity.

So I'm back here to take on some more!

Design;

Do you need a SEO optimized portfolio, eCommerce website, Shopify store, personal website, company website, Landing page,.. ?

• Do you need a new logo?

• Do you need a promotion material like business cards, flyers, brochures, or any other graphics made?

• Do you need a packaging and label design?

• Or maybe a whole brand identity (Logo, website, promotional material, packaging, business plan - strategy, social media profiles set-up and ready as well as Google, Facebook & Instagram adds?

I do websites in Wordpress - I either use premium themes, or I create them from scratch, and in Webflow. It totally depends on the project.

And for design I use Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and Figma.

Just let me know and if it's enough of challenge for me to learn and grow from the project, I'll do it in a way that we'll both benefit from.

I would like to set up an online educational platform. Does this type of business require a license? Do I need to register a trademark? I will be selling a service not goods. And do I need to have a cookie policy or user agreement setup?

Need help with market validation!

My business: An enrichment centre that students and young adults can attend physically/virtually to learn academic and non-academic/life skills courses. Academic courses would be for their exams. Non-academic courses include personal finance, drones programming, coding etc. We will also provide space for people to have project meetings, chill and hangout with their friends. This will be on a membership/subscription basis.

I would say the market is somewhat validated considering we are not doing anything new, just bundling them together in a single space and charging a monthly fee on it.

My challenge:

1) Should I do interviews or surveys? Or both? 2) How to make sure my questions are not leading and will get genuine response? 3) Students will be the customer but parents may be the clients paying for it. How to validate this segment? 4) How to ask good questions that identify pain points with existing providers? 5) Is there a template or framework for good market validation exercises?

Appreciate any help I can get!

Shareholder and write off question

Can I write off my vehicle or part of my vehicle if I 1, use it to travel for work and to work (I work remotely mainly but 400 miles travel to my job if I need to go to the office, 10-150 miles for quotes nearby) 2, own 5% of the company I work for 3, work in CA and AZ, but live in AZ (business is in CA and sells to CA and AZ) Anyone know or have more info on this?
