Posted: 15 Feb 2022 10:51 AM PST Hello everybody! I started my business a couple of months ago, and I need some help with accounting. I have a computer and mobile phones repair shop. I'm really into repairing and started as a sole trader. I dunno how the rest operate their business, but I started to do something I enjoy and spend hours doing it. I also was interested in making some extra cash. Still, I never expected that my hobby and love of mobile phones and different gadgets would grow into a business. Perhaps, my clear reputation and excellent reviews plaid a significant role in this. I was working 24/7 and realized that it should become my full-time job. Now, I hired a couple of talented guys who are also passionate about mobile phones, laptops, and different gadgets. We all work together, but I had to register that business to make things legible. Now, I have to deal with different invoices because some other businesses require our services to fix their corporate laptops, PCs, and mobile phones. To be honest, I don't feel confident when dealing with numbers when it concerns the financial part. My business hasn't grown that much, so I cannot afford an accountant yet. Well, I pay for consultations when I need them. But, most of the time, I have to deal with all the taxes and balance sheets. I hate this part, and I better focus on outstanding customer service and find someone who would love to do it for me. Someone who is experienced enough and not expecting too much in the salary. I'm not a greedy person, but I can't afford to pay much at this moment. So, I've decided to write here because I'm looking for some apps that can do some jobs automatically. For instance, I found one online tool that does invoice data extraction. It's really helpful when dealing with invoices, and I need to organize everything in my spreadsheets and put all the numbers correctly. But, I wonder if you know anything similar to it? Perhaps, something that can help me with a balance sheet? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 15 Feb 2022 01:26 PM PST Just throwing this out there in case it helps anyone: https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/mobile-apps/cash-app-1116-919908/customer-reviews - I didn't really believe the stories about them stealing money from people, but now it happened to me. Super weird. They said I need to upload my ID, so I did, and then they said to do it again, so I did, and that keeps happening over and over. After eight times (seriously eight times) I gave up. I'm lucky it was only a few hundred. Some people claim to have lost thousands... [link] [comments] |

Posted: 15 Feb 2022 10:35 AM PST Hello, I want to ask a company to be their product distributor in my country. There is little of their products and I think it will be a great thing for them, and also for me, because it can be sort of a side cash income for me as well. How can I write a proper email to them with a full proposal of my offers [link] [comments] |

What is a slim and powerful software to organize my company's contacts? Posted: 15 Feb 2022 06:47 AM PST Hello, I recently opened a company dealing with various kinds of people (online creators, local stakeholders, people with funding, etc...). We are 4 people and we'd like to create an online phonebook with a few more features (like, custom columns). I just tried with Bigin (from Zoho) and it's crazy how over-complicated the whole thing is. Do you know a simple, direct online platform that we can use? The kind of columns in our phonebook are:
Do you know something like this? A free plan is a plus. Thanks! :) [link] [comments] |
