    ESG Business

    Posted: 20 Feb 2022 12:37 PM PST

Reddit how do you feel about LEGIT ESG businesses? Do you feel there is a niche for them where the company, consumers and enoyees all win?

Company or of a particular brand that you feel is either currently struggling or is otherwise under-performing.

Sorry, if this is against the rules I just wasn't sure were to post this. I have to write a paper on a business that I feel is either struggling currently or underperforming. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Thanks.

    Wardobes/closets

    Posted: 20 Feb 2022 05:57 AM PST

I recently had someone quote me for a wardobe. Price was £3,750 for 2.7m. Nothing fancy, just 4 sliding doors, with 3 Internal towers. No back panel or floor panel, so in essence a frame which is fitted to ceiling, walls, floor to make it look neat.

He rocked up in a flashy motor, spent 10 minutes quoting then left.

I bought the exact same kit online for £1,200 and fitted it myself. In fact I bought two. First one was a learning curve. Second one is perfect. Couldn't be better.

I have all the tools, the ambition and the interest to do this myself and I am skilled enough to do so. I've worked in a furniture store. Can build flat pack furtnitre with my eyes closed.

I could emply someone and we could do 2 or 3 of these a week, less expenses which I've guessed for now at 50% (salary, vehicle, tools, marketing, taxes).

If I managed to do 100 wardrobes in a year that's £150,000 or £75,000 income

    What am I missing?

How do I give a presentation to the military

    Posted: 19 Feb 2022 10:51 PM PST

Hello redditors, I have an IT company and my dad gave me a military contact to present my IT services to him. I usually do design and IT solutions... I've mostly worked for schools but now my dad's advising me to do procurement and logistics for them.

I've found some tech they said they need and I'm trying to contact the manufacturers and I'm still waiting for their response ( if anyone has advice on how to contact them faster, I'd appreciate it.)

But I'd like to know how to make this presentation to them for what I'm trying to do for them based on the gear they said they need (Tactical target systems).

    Any advice would be appreciated
