NEED TIPS TO START A BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE :) Posted: 29 Oct 2021 01:07 AM PDT Hey! So basically I am a 15-year-old and have a business idea which I have utmost faith in. But unfortunately, my parents aren't supportive of my ideas and want me to choose a different career in the future. I haven't told them about this idea either and in the past few days, I have a feeling that this is the best time to start the business but then I literally don't know what to do because of my current situation. And also, the business I'm planning to start is in a foreign country where I think the stakes of my business being successful is higher. So what can I do at present to lay down a framework of my business so that when the time comes I can go straight into my business? There are probably not many tips but if any, please do reply below. Thank You! [link] [comments] |

How would you "re-launch" an old business? Posted: 28 Oct 2021 07:36 PM PDT This business I'm talking about used to be the most famous and important in all US. It's been on the road for about 95 years. Millions of people used to know this business. Eventually bad choices made it almost unknown. (Last 20 years fucked up the business) There are some bad reviews about it, the old management had some fails and didn't delivered a good service on that time, but now is different. A new administration is here. The problem of this business is that they also didn't knew how to adapt to technology. And that sucks. Social media is barely on going. Ironically that's the business of the company. Marketing. Is there a way to save it? Or is it dammed? Some people still recognise the brand. [link] [comments] |

Which inventory management system should I use Posted: 28 Oct 2021 06:18 PM PDT Hi, I'm new here and I'm hoping that some of you might have some interesting ideas as to how I can integrate an inventory system into my business. I run a property staging business that installs furniture into houses that are going on the market. I'm currently installing a full house of furniture into 7-10 houses per week, which has me drowning in full work days with no time to organise my business. I started only afew years ago and never expected my business to take off this fast. Each week I am purchasing thousands of dollars of furniture to keep up with the demand, however this has led to my warehouse being in complete disarray. I don't know how much furniture I have, where it is, if I have enough furniture for the next job, and I need an inventory management system. Basically, what I need would be an ability to list all the furniture I have under categories such as materials, colour, size, shape (eg-round, jute floor rug). See where that furniture currently is (if it's in the warehouse or in a live property), and an ability to delegate furniture into future houses. This would allow me to look at photos of the empty house and select furniture from the system to set aside for a future job. Does anyone have any recommendations for programs they know would suit the business or fill the requirements I'm looking for? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 28 Oct 2021 07:24 AM PDT I've read about the theory of very rich people borrowing against their paper assets (stock and real estate etc) and living on those loans, but no one says anything about how the loans are being paid back? If you are living off loans against your assets, how are they making the loan payments? — I've also read a lot of advice to put your assets under separate business names to protect them from lawsuits. If you look poor on paper….how do you borrow against your assets? [link] [comments] |

Do you think a nerdy themed bar could be successful? Posted: 28 Oct 2021 02:07 PM PDT I'm talking the works, a bar and lounge with videogame setups, tables for Dungeons & Dragons and Magic the Gathering, movie nights, cartoons, anime, lightsaber dueling nights, and so on. I've always had a dream of opening a bar, and recently the idea of making it a lounge for geeks and nerds too sounds unique and interesting to me. What do you guys think? [link] [comments] |
