We have a neighbor that is afraid of our dog and now she walks her dog with a gun in her hand every time she walks by our house.

We live in Asheville, NC. We got Groot (Rottweiler mix) about three years ago. He's the sweetest, most gentle dog we have, and all the small neighbor kids come over to play with him.

We have an invisible fence in our front yard. Occasionally when other dogs walk or cars drive down the road, our dogs (Groot and 3 chihuahuas) will come into the front yard and run around inside the border of our property (40 feet from the road).

A few months ago while she was walking her dog past our house, she started yelling bloody murder that Groot was going to kill her when he wasn't even outside. She started threatening that if he ever got out of the invisible fence, she would use her husband's gun (a retired cop).

Naturally we were scared and built a fence to keep him in. The fence is even further back, about 100 feet from the road.

She even called Animal Control and tried to get him taken away from us because he was "rabid and dangerous". When Animal Control called us to see what the situation was, the guy actually knew our dog and when he found out she was talking about Groot, he hung up laughing because he's known Groot since he was a puppy.

Obviously we have character witnesses for him, from officials to small children, but I'm still scared this lunatic is going to shoot my dog.

Now she walks past our house multiple times a day with her husband's gun in her hand. We have a one year old baby in our house, and I don't know what to do.

I'm going to post a video down in the comments.

Please help. We're going to call the sheriff's office every time she does it, but what else can I do?

I was poisoned with carbon monoxide at an RV i rented out thru airbnb.

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 03:38 AM PDT

This happened january of this year, I rented an airbnb and everything was fine. Then the host started turning off the propane heat in the middle of the night. We had a heated argument. He seemed unstable and the next times we talked he was armed. At that point i dont know why i didnt leave. Over the course of the next couple days i began to get light headed and euphoric.

I didnt smell propane or any gas leaks so I didnt think that much of it. I thought maybe it was my diet or something.

Turns out the host went under the RV and messed with the exhaust outtake.

I found him doing this, because i was literally gasping for air. I went outside and heard rustling under the camper. He was under it with his tools in the dead of night.

I should of called the police.

The only documentation i have of this life altering experience is my emergency room visit noting exposure to toxic gas and my complaints of gas leaks throughout my stay at the RV.

Can i use my medical record and messages with the host to legally combat him? Or atleast prevent that psycho from ever using airbnb again?

Husband and I are separating. I bought crypto before marriage. Now he wants the growth.

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 06:59 AM PDT

In 2017 I bought some cryptocurrency that I haven't touched since then.

In 2018 I got married and now 3 years later we are separating. Does my husband have claim on the growth in the crypto? It was bought with my money back in 2017. I was reading that potentially passive assets don't count, but it's hard to find information.

The crypto was in my friend's account the whole time, if that makes any difference.

    We are in Ontario.

My parents passed away and i don’t what to do. 17yo male and 15 yo brother

    Posted: 06 Jul 2021 09:39 PM PDT

Hello, earlier this year we lost our parents to a car accident and it really broke me. At the moment, i'm staying with a friends family who have been supportive and have given us everything we have needed they were also very close family friends . We had the opportunity to go with our dads parents but we denied as we were on no contact with them for unrelated reasons. (My moms side of the family is al deceased and my dad was the only son). Although right now is a tough time, i need to focus on what's ahead. My family was lower middle class at around 33k a year from my dad's work. They had a life insurance for 500k each and now i'm to receive this, thankfully, my parents have put me as the sole inheritor. Now my questions are, what will i do? My house has been paid off completely due to my parent's already paying off the mortgage and also they were also very good with spending money and have left me no debt. I'm sorry for wording this weirdly but here are my questions: Is there anyway i can become an adult and take the house and take care of my brother? (my brother is on the spectrum with autism and can't do basic living without help.) Can i become the legal guardian of my brother as i don't want him to be taken away by my father's vengeful mother? He also has an uncommon disease named GLUT1DS and is needed to be taken to the hospital to run some cat scans to make sure nothing out the ordinary spikes up. How can i make sure i keep up his insurance documents so they don't deactivate for me not putting in the wrong information? My parents also kept out social security and passports hidden somewhere and we haven't been able to find it so, how do i reach out to get a new set or at least the information to be able to have it. That's all for now but thank you so much reading this any response will be of great help and sorry for messy handwriting. Edit: forgot to mention we are in San Antonio, Texas

The US Navy charged me with a crime that I did not commit based on a false statement written by a psychologist.

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 11:22 AM PDT

I am 19-year-old female currently living in California, however the incident in question took place at a military base in Illinois. I had an extremely abusive childhood growing up which resulted in me having severe mental health struggles between the ages of 12-14, that included suicidal thoughts, anxiety attacks, and self harm. I enlisted in the US Navy in March 2021, when I originally went to Meps my recruiter told me to lie about the self harm scars and say that they came from a fence but I decided I didn't want to do that and came clean about everything in my past to the doctor. I was pretty sure that I would get disqualified for it but the doctor told me that given my young age when it happened and long history of being clean that he was pretty sure that I would be able to qualify for waiver. I wrote a personal statement about what happened and got approved for the medical waiver.

I shipped out on May 27th, I was going through a lot of stress at home and I didn't think I was in a good place in my life at the moment to handle bootcamp and almost backed out at the last minute, however when the Naval staff gave me the phone and told me it was my mom it was actually my recruiter who convinced me to ship. When I got to bootcamp it turned out to be way more than I could handle and I had an anxiety attack on P-1 as a result I was scheduled for a psych evaluation on P-5.

After about 10 minutes of talking to the psychologist she stopped me, asked me why I even bothered enlisting, and told me that I was likely to be separated without telling me exactly why. I was pretty sure it was a combination of my mental health history and my failure to adapt to training. But after 3 weeks of waiting in Separations I was finally given my ADSEP brief where I was allowed to read her evaluation, that's when I read that she had written down several false statements that I had never said. I asked the LN conducting the brief about it, and told her that I had no written statement about what was written in my report because I never said the things that were written and was not aware that they were there. The LN said I could always fight it on the outside. When I finally went to my departure brief they gave me my final paperwork which included an other than honorable discharge, a fraudulent enlistment charge, and an RE-4 re-enlistment code(meaning permanently ineligible to re-enlist in any branch no matter what), all because of the false statements listed in the report.

I have never committed a crime in my entire life however I currently have an other than other honorable discharge for fraudulent enlistment on my record. Is there anything I can do to appeal this?

Landlord Withdrew Money from my Bank Account without My Consent

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 06:51 AM PDT

Context: My landlord, Common Properties, has been attempting to charge me a cleaning fee for when I moved in in June. I have showed them proof of pictures that the room I rented was not cleaned prior to my move-in date, and even if it did, I already paid a $500 move-in fee. I have my bank account on file with them as I have them withdraw my rent monthly.

This morning I woke up to a notification from my bank that Common Properties had withdrawn that cleaning fee from my Bank Account without my consent.

Is this cause for breaking my lease? (There's been a LOT of issues). If not, what are my legal remedies? I live in Washington, D.C.

Roommate moves bed into shared living room, takes door off other roommate's bedroom.

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 12:20 PM PDT

I recently rented a 3BR with two other people. We agreed on who gets what room before we moved in. Roommate A moved in early, and put stuff in their bedroom. Roommate B and I still haven't moved in. A few days after that, Roommate A moved all their stuff into our shared living room and set it up as their bedroom because they "just need more space", and the living room is the largest room in the apartment. Me and roommate B say that Roommate A needs to move their bed, dresser, etc. out of our shared living room and stop using it as a bedroom. Roommate A also took Roommate B's bedroom door off its hinges without permission and was going to remodel the living room entrance to install the door, which would violate the lease. We said that they had to put the door back, but I'm not sure if that's been done. Roommate B and I are getting long, deranged text threads trying to justify the move and accusing us of various emotional violations for asking them to move out of the living room. Roommate B and I haven't moved in yet, but my stuff is in my room.

We don't have any sort of roommate agreement beyond the fact that we discussed the bedrooms before we signed the lease. I don't think that Roommate A is going to be at all cooperative. What sort of legal recourse do we have to get our living room back? Can I remove the the roommate's items from the common space and put them back in the bedroom?

    State is RI.

Girlfriend arrested for missing a future court date

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 08:03 AM PDT

As the title says, my girlfriend was just arrested about 2 hours ago because she had a court date for today, which was at 10:30, but the office of the Court upon her arrival told her that she had missed the trial because it was yesterday even though paperwork says it was today at 10:30 after the judge moved it forward because it was tomorrow, Thursday, but the judge moved it forward. So is this fair? I mean, her trial was today at 10:30 but she left the paperwork stating it was today at 10:30 at home and now she was being told it was yesterday July the 6th.

Any help? We are in PA and this was all over her forgetting to turn her lights on while driving out of McDonald's.

Dealership won’t give me my title! It’s been over 6 months!

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 07:47 AM PDT

I purchased a vehicle in cash from a well known vehicle auction in MI in January 2021. It has been over 6 months and I still haven't received my title. The first couple months I let it slide because I had a different vehicle( I was working on the one I bought ) now that I completely fixed the car I bought at auction & sold my main car, I have no title, therefore no vehicle! Every time I call they say they are processing the title. It's been 11 weeks since I sent them over the new appointment of agent.

I've been calling/emailing everyday. The women has told me the titles only come in on fridays and they are waiting for the state to send them the title in my name, why couldn't they send it directly to me? Why does it have to go to them (the auction) first? Are they giving me the run around? This is a very well known auction. I don't see why it is taking this long.

I'm at my wits end! I've called my DMV and left messages/emails - no one is getting back to me. Can anyone offer some advice?

I'm training as a CNA in a nursing home and have noticed so many healthcare laws broken by the staff there that I'm uncomfortable even going back to work. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 09:38 AM PDT

Seriously almost everything I've seen them do in my time shadowing, they'll say "The state doesn't let us do this, but this is how we're gonna do it here cause I have lots of rooms today." Or something like that. I've seen people left sitting in their soiled diapers, the floors are sticky with a combination of spilled lunches, piss, and literal drops of shit. They never change their gloves between ANY process, they'll put clean sheets on with the same gloves they just wiped ass in. They keep shit and piss covered sheets in the halls while passing lunch trays!

It's abhorrent, I'm just not sure how I can actually do anything about it. I've brought it up to my superiors and they just said "That's just how agency does things, I wish we had better people." And that's just not fucking good enough. What can I do?

    I'm in Greensboro North Carolina.

It is taking a severe toll on his mental and physical health and I worry a lot about it. It has been going on for 6 months and I need to figure out what I can do to help.

Crazy neighbor options and gameplan (Virginia)

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 10:33 AM PDT

    Hello;

My middle class neighborhood has been terrorized by a mentally ill person.

He's in his 50s and has a long long long record of arrests for stalking, DUI and trespassing.

He's been in jail for about 6 months and gets back out on the 25 of July.

He bought the house he is in, right next to mine, all cash about a year ago.

He can't drive because of his many DUIs and is always harassing's people to do things for him like give him a ride to the store.

(His arrest record is publicly posted so I suppose i could share it on here if anyone is interested.)

Interactions with him start the same way and usually end the same way. For example he didn't have his cable hooked up so he called over to me from his porch asking if he could get the password to my wi fi, and i said "No I'm not doing that", and he escalated to a rant about how I was an a hole, bad neighbor, he would make my life a living hell, ect ect.

Since he can't drive if he wants to get something from the store and he sees you getting into your car, he'll ask for a ride and get nasty if you will not give in.

He is much worse with women in the neighborhood. A lady across the street from him was trying to leave he house and he blocked her car in with his body, then started yelling at her to give him a ride and pounded on her windows.

So the police said I should get cameras and post no trespassing signs, and call and report him if he came to my door . (BTW he will come to your door and loudly knock and yell at 10Pm if he thinks you might have a cigarette lighter when he needs one, that happened to my neighbor n the otherside).

So cameras, no trespassing signs, and protective orders....am I missing any tricks?

any advice from lawyers or things to watch out for?

    anyone had a similar situation?

Neighbors made a revenge call to the police, got me arrested, and now I've received a notice that my lease is being terminated and I have three days to vacate. MS, USA

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 01:30 PM PDT

A few weeks ago, I pressed charges against my neighbor for disturbing the peace (he screams and curses at me through my window from the sidewalk). He does this because I called in a noise complaint due to his 8-10 friends partying literally a two feet from my bedroom window at 12-2:30 at night, sometimes later. After the noise complaint, the potted plant on my porch was smashed. People started wiggling my doorknob to see if it's locked, people ding dong ditch me, etc. After the potted plant incident, I put cameras up - obviously they knew to avoid doing anything illegal in front of them, but every time they walk by they slow down and grin at the camera slowly and deliberately.

After he was arrested for his disturbing the peace warrant, one of his family members started screaming outside my door that she was going to call the police too. Well, lo and behold, about a week later the police came knocking on my door and arrested me. They allege that I have been calling them racial slurs (I haven't). Then I got a notice from the leasing office that due to my arrest for disturbing the peace, my lease has been terminated and I have three days to vacate. I've been told that they have received the same notice, but the leasing office is giving us both until the end of month, I guess to be nice? Also, I don't know if it's relevant, but the specific person who has caused the most trouble is a double felon (my record is clean.) I was in touch with the leasing office about these people for years - this was not our first incident with them. The leasing office has known about everything going on, as it happened, mostly through email correspondence. What are my options here? I feel like I'm being punished for protecting myself and my property.

Third instance thanks to the negligent neighbor...

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 12:20 PM PDT

So my husband and I bought our home in July of 2019 and live in NY state in the US...

We have loved living here minus one major issue. Our neighbor. This guy inherited the house but does not live there. He sometimes has his grandson come mow the lawn and do minor landscaping around the property, but that is it. The house has no water or anything to it and no one has lived inside since we moved in. We had a few storms and a couple of small branches have fell, but mainly on his property. One of our other neighbors across the street from him has advised he has threatened the neighbor over the tree in the front yard as he was concerned it would fall on his property.

On April 13, 2020, during a storm, a large limb fell off this weeping willow and landed on our fence, sunporch, and my husband's truck. We contacted our car insurance for his truck and were advised we did not have coverage for "acts of god". We have never had it fixed as we cannot afford it. We contacted our homeowners insurance, and they covered replacing the windows on my sunporch and my broken fence. The final total bill for the work performed by a contractor we hired was $9,028.44 which we were paid for less our $1000 deductible. This process took a few months and wasted a lot of time, money, and energy dealing with a contractor. Since then, we have spoken with the neighbor about our concern over this tree and its remaining limbs along with several other trees on his property that were either dead or falling apart. He basically shrugged us off.

At this point after consulting with my brother who worked for a major tree care company for many years (20+) then owned his own tree care business for a while after that. He advised that the tree by my daughter's bedroom was completely dead and the ones in the back were unstable and should be addressed. I decided for our protection we should send him a certified letter August 4, 2020, addressing this issue to avoid liability for future issues. I have a copy of that letter, the certified mail receipt, and the USPS form from the electronic receipt of the letter August 6, 2020. After that he trimmed the front tree significantly but has not addressed the others. Occasionally branches would fall into his yard from some of the trees, but nothing in ours until August 29, 2020, when one of the back trees we discussed fell on our shed and fence and ruined his neighbor in the back's fence.

Again, we contacted our homeowner's insurance who covered the damage after determining they would not subrogate despite my pleas to do so and despite sending them a copy of the letter and explaining the situation. For this we were paid out $5,711.31 after our $1000 deductible. My husband used the money to rebuild the shed and everything himself and replaced the roof with a metal roof to help stop any further damage. The neighbor in the back advised he would be pursuing legal action regarding the trees and anything that hung over his property line. I am unsure the result of this as we do not see that neighbor ever. During this storm, a large limb broke off and has basically hung over both his property and mine being supported by other branches, until yesterday July 6, 2021.

Last night during the storm this and other branches fell on my shed and fence completely destroyed them along with my husband's landscaping equipment and tools. We are unsure which have been damaged at the moment, but his lawnmower, snow blower, etc. are in there. We are beyond livid and frustrated with his negligence. We have contacted our homeowner's insurance about subrogation once again and are waiting on the response and have no idea what the costs of this will be as of yet. Not to mention our policy has gone up $200 since this all has occurred.

The reason I am reaching out is because we are unsure how to proceed regarding this situation. Do we have a case worth pursuing with this matter? If so what steps should I be taking?

    Arcade licensing questions.

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 12:14 PM PDT

So I live in WV and I have little to no experience with arcades, but I've always wanted to own/operate one.

In short, I have an opportunity to start one granted I get approval from my boss. I'm just unfamiliar with the law on it.

I know that as far as cabinets go you can pretty much just plug them in and let them work, but when it comes to console stuff do I need a license of some sort from playstation per say? Do I need permission to advertise specific games? Do I need a license from the game creator to even use the games? Are there certain ways I have to monetize it or am I free to do it however I please?

It all seems gray so I can't tell my boss one way or the other how these things need prepared. I've tried doing some research but most leads are dead ends on the specifics.

I have other miscellaneous questions about the topic but for know these are the most basic I can think of.

Any and all responses are a big help.

Btw I'm typing this on mobile so I'm sorry if it looks weird.

Friend is being threatened with legal action over repairs, but the amount business is seeking is almost 4x as much as two local contractors quoted (IL)

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 07:29 AM PDT

Friend rented a storage unit. This storage company lets customers use their moving trucks, locally, free of charge for 2 hours. While driving this truck, she accidentally backed into a metal railing leading to their office. She admits this. The metal railing is now slightly bent inward, and it's evident where she hit it (the railing at the bottom of the concrete stairs leading to the office door has fresh scrape marks).

The storage company is demanding she pay $5800 to repair this metal fence, or they will sue her. They will not disclose who is providing the repair, or give a breakdown of costs outside of: $4800 in supplies, and $1000 in labor. They insist that a "company certified" contractor is doing the work, but will not give her any specific information. This metal railing is in obvious terrible shape; we have photo evidence of it being rusted out in many places, with attempts over the years to paint over it. There is a glob of concrete at the base of each metal post, some of which has crumbled away over time, exposing rusted out bases they have attempted to secure to the concrete stairs. This metal railing is approximately 5 feet long, and standard height. The railing overall is slightly bent inward, and does have some wobble to it.

Friend had two local masonry companies provide an estimate; one came in at $1450, and the other at $1500. Friend has offered storage company $1500 to cover repairs, based on these local estimates, and was denied; the storage company wants $5800.

Friend has asked for a copy of their insurance policy, as it was their truck she was driving, and was denied. Nothing in the lease paperwork mentions this moving truck, and the company will not provide any insurance information for the vehicle. Friend has contacted her own insurance carrier, and was told since it was not her vehicle, they will not cover the damage.

She has spoken to a lawyer, but obviously that just increases the cost to her. I guess what we're wondering is, what are the odds if this goes to court she would be forced to pay $5800? I feel like a judge would look at the two estimates, plus the photo evidence, and agree that paying for one of those quotes would be sufficient, but I'm basing that off of my feelings, ha, and not law.

I guess also since I read this sub often, I'm wondering if we're missing anything. It seems the company should have to provide something in writing that states customers are liable for any damage caused in/by their vehicles, but they have not provided that either. It would surprise me if the company did not have insurance to cover damage that happens with their property, on their property. Also, I apologize if I flaired incorrectly.

How to deal with $6000 ambulance ride. Help.

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 09:14 AM PDT

My son was in accident in Colorado. An ambulance transported him to a local hospital and then one closer to Denver. I received a bill for $6000 (after Insurance) I called my insurance and they said that BC/BS paid the normal contracted rate and that since Eagle County doesn't contract with BC/BS they can demand that I pay the outstanding balance. Is there a way, a process, a mechanism, etc that I can battle this? They are threatening me with wage garnishment, etc.

    Their rates are crazy, hyper-inflated.

    Any help appreciated.

A friend of mine is being assaulted on a daily basis on his front porch with witnesses, calls the police, and they tell him they can't arrest the guy because of covid.

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 01:29 PM PDT

Galloway, Ohio. My friend is an extremely aggressive person, but he's trying to calm down lately as he has a new baby. He caught someone stealing packages accidentally when walking out of his apartment one day (his handicapped neighbors medical supplies) and chased the dude off. The dude came back the next day with a knife and my buddy fought him out of his house and closed the door. Called the police. He came back again the following day, knocked on the door, and when my buddy opened it he got maced. Fortunately his daughter wasn't in the room. Called the police. He came back today beating on his door screaming, my buddy called the police while he was doing it. The police will not do anything, and keep explaining to him that they won't do anything. He is losing his faith in law enforcement and there's only so many times I can tell him that the police will take care of him before he doesn't believe that anymore.

What do you do in this situation?

Our Money is Being Held by an Online Bank

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 01:54 PM PDT

Please be patient, this is my first time posting to Reddit. Sorry for the formatting, I'm on mobile.

    Located in Alabama, USA

So my SO and I deposited a single check for $5,000 into an online bank (who shall not be named for now). The check came from my SO's grandmother. We got an email in January saying we needed to fully verify the account. We thought we did, but exactly a month later to-the-day in February, we got an email saying the bank had closed the account. Any money inside needed to be requested back by "the maker of the check in the form of a Hold Harmless request or Indemnification Agreement."

What are those forms and how would we go about getting our money back? What steps do we take and what steps does SO's grandmother take? Google was not very helpful, so any help is much appreciated!

Owner continues bringing aggressive dog to dog park

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 12:19 PM PDT

There is a man that brings his dog to my local dog park in Tucson, AZ every evening. His dog has attacked dozens of dogs within the park over the last couple months, including mine on 3 separate occasions. Multiple people have begged him to stop coming, and he doesn't care. He does not think there's anything wrong with his dog, and claims the dog isn't aggressive but just plays rough. I've called my police department (Tucson Police Department) who've said they won't do anything, but suggested I call my county's animal control center. I spoke with animal control, and they also won't do anything because they said I "accept the risk when entering a dog park."

Do I have any legal options here? Or is this man actually able to continue bringing this dog, causing countless other owners to have to stop going to the park.

Can I force my brother to sell me half of our house?

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 09:36 AM PDT

We inherited a house and we rent it out. Last year he stopped paying the mortgage and association dues, but kept collecting the rent. He realized he was screwed and would need to file for bankruptcy, and he came to my house with a bag full of unopened envelopes and said basically 'hey, sorry, but i haven't paid the bills in months, i've been depressed and blah blah blah' and then left me with the bag.

I want to keep the house because we have 100k in equity and only 40k more to pay off. So I dipped into savings and got the bills recent.

Overall I'm out around $7,500 cause of this, and possibly more since we're negative in escrow.

I've been trying to discuss buyout options with him but he keeps blowing me off and pulling all sorts of manipulation tactics trying to say i'm pressuring him into making decisions and childish things like that.

I just want to pay him half of the equity minus what I had to take out of my savings, and then have him sign the house over to me.

Is there any legal way to force this? House is in Illinois.

    Thanks

[KS] Debt wrongfully sent to collections and our lawyer is unresponsive

    Posted: 07 Jul 2021 01:09 PM PDT

So about 2 years ago the management company for the apartment complex that I was living in essentially abandoned the property. They stopped almost all maintenance, apparently closed their physical office and didn't respond to maintenance requests, emails or phone calls. Our key fobs (the only way to enter the building) stopped working, leaving us unable to get in the building and we couldn't get anyone at the company to help. Long story short, we got a lawyer that notified the management company, saying if they wouldn't resolve the issue in 30 days they were in violation of our lease and we would move out. He contacted them daily for weeks. 30 days came and went, they never responded, so we moved.

A little over a year later (a few months ago) I received an email from a collections agency saying that we owed $6000 for unpaid debt for the apartment rent. I immediately called the collections agency and said that I was disputing the charge and gave them my lawyers information. Then I called my lawyer and notified him of what happened. He said that he would call them and take care of it. A few weeks after that I received another phone call about the debt. I called my lawyer and he said he forgot to call the agency and that he would call them that afternoon. Yesterday, I looked at my credit score and see that there is a derogatory account on my credit report. I called my lawyer and he didn't answer. So I called the agency again and they said they never received a response from my lawyer and that he needed to call them. My lawyer still hasn't called me back.

At this point I feel like my lawyer being unresponsive and not doing anything to take care of this. I have since moved to Philadelphia, so I can't just walk into his office. I am at a loss and don't know what to do. I'm really nervous this is going to cause a lot of issues. What can I do legally about this?
