A little help managing my finances Posted: 30 May 2021 12:11 PM PDT Hi Guys. I'm new here. I have a start up that has pretty much taken off and I'm having a hard time logging all the money that is going in and out. Looked at a few apps but nothing that I found was really functional. I by and sell jewelry online. I would like some ideas on which apps I can use as a ledger to keep stock and cash flow numbers. Also does anyone have any reading material that could best help someone like me with a business like this? Thanks A lot guys [link] [comments] |

How much market research is enough? Posted: 30 May 2021 01:37 PM PDT Hey guys, I have a product that i've been doing market research on in the form of surveys. So far, I've gotten about 12 responses from randoms, and they tend to say mainly good things with very limited negatives (which is good bcuz randoms tend to be very frank as they don't know you). My question is, how much research is enough before taking the next step in placing orders from manufacturers for this product? Thanks!! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 30 May 2021 10:25 AM PDT How much should I expect to pay for a domain name? The name I want (my first and middle name) is taken and I will have to buy it from the current owner. Is it true that it could cost me thousands of dollars? Any advice? [link] [comments] |

What separates big business from small business? Posted: 30 May 2021 06:07 AM PDT You can have a small business that turns over a few million a year without a problem. But how do you make the leap from small business to big business? Do you hire a manager to run the small business and then create another business under the same company that's somewhat related? Rinse and repeat until you have dozens or even hundreds of businesses under one company? I've always been around small businesses. So I honestly have no clue how to even comprehend what it takes to go from a few million to a few hundred million. [link] [comments] |
Books/materials with business cases? Posted: 30 May 2021 04:09 AM PDT I want to improve my understanding of business, do you know any books (like school or university books) with business cases and solutions on how to improve the business? Something like - the business is in this condition, we need to get it to that condition, what steps do we take? If you know any such materials, I would appreciate it. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 30 May 2021 03:13 AM PDT Are they worth their cost or not? I'm about two months in with one and I don't really feel like I've been told anything ground breaking. I'm beginning to wonder if I'd be better off putting that money into marketing.. Any thoughts and opinions? [link] [comments] |
