Question regarding a new position I just got

    Posted: 09 May 2021 01:53 AM PDT

Question people, I recently obtained a new position in a small but deal with huge projects real estate development company/construction company (I'm on the RE side). We're trying to put a title to my new position and it's kind of difficult since my scope of work is investor relations, asset management and a bit of acquisitions (i should note I'm the only person in my department CEO dealt with investors till now) I report to the CEO and CFO directly, and I'm right under them in terms of position of power (on the development side). I need a title that sounds good enough for investors to want to deal with me and not deal with the two bosses, as well as be fit to deal with my responsibilities Investor relations, asset management and acquisitions. As I mentioned I'm the only one in my "department" so I don't know if a "director"or "officer"would be fit, but again I don't know and I need your help. Thank you!!!!

What are COGS for a hospital business?

    Posted: 09 May 2021 01:51 AM PDT

What are COGS for a hospital business?

I have looked into several listed hospital chain and found out that their income statements in annual report always put together all the costs (i.e. wages, inventories and consumables, purchases and contracted services) without clearly listing out the COGS as an item. So I am confused which line items are COGS and which should be put under operating expenses.

    An example is this: http://irplc.com/ihh/investor-relations/interactiveAR2020/

Does anyone know and can explain?

How effective are product authenticity codes in tackling counterfeit products?

    Posted: 09 May 2021 12:23 AM PDT

I'm talking about something like this - https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/safe-guard-us/

They attach a unique code to every box that you can verify on their website. But can't counterfeiters get a few codes from the market and stick it on the fakes?

    [task] business management practice exam

Hi! I need someone to help me with a Business Management practice exam! Basically my uni is giving us a practice exam on the 10th of may, it is the same format as the actual exam, we have a time limit and it starts at 15:00 BST. I haven't prepared for it at all, and although it is not graded and doesn't count towards our final grade, it will be looked at and will be taken in count to show how "serious" of a student we are.

    It's a 6-question exam, each with 3 sub-questions.

It should not be plaigarized, i.e should be worded in your own words. Ideally the person for this job will have a background in business management/economics type subject.

I also want someone (ideally the same person) to tutor me a bit in the subject and help me prepare for the real exam!!

I'm willing to discuss prices, as there isn't really a set word limit I can give you. Will pay by paypal :)

Can send you past papers if you dm me. Comment on this post as well as DMing me.

    Thank you!!
