Salary for an associate level data analyst. Posted: 06 Mar 2021 06:04 PM PST I have been working as a market operations analyst (various products / global markets) for a year and a half, looking to get away from finance and maybe closer to a project manager or supply chain role. What salary should I be looking for? I am 26 with two degrees (accounting and business analytics) and know SQL, R, Tableau, and VBA and am proficient in excel in general. I want to find honest work where I can be rewarded for my contributions, and not for my acting skills. Id like to make six figures some day but I don't need that to live out my dreams. Just want a simple life. [link] [comments] |

Is it possible for one to make a trading and investment company and make it public for trading? Posted: 06 Mar 2021 05:45 PM PST Is it possible to make a company that mainly algotrades securities, invests in some , and have it as a publicly traded stock? If yes, is it possible for the company itself to trade its shares? Or is it just a hedge fund with extra steps? Is there any better business entity that fulfill the role? I apologize if I am asking something naive, as I am not well versed with the business side. [link] [comments] |
Expense getting company car wrapped? Posted: 06 Mar 2021 04:12 PM PST (I'm based in UK) I'm about to take out a business lease on a company car. There aren't that many colour options, and some of the selections add £2000 onto the price of the car. I have found a car wrap service that can wrap the car whatever colour I want for less than £2000. So it could work out cheaper to get a wrap, i would have greater choice over colour, and the wrap should protect the cars paint for the duration of the lease. Can I expense the car wrap through my business? If I were to select one of the manufacturers painted colour options the cost would just be included in the monthly lease cost. But getting the wrap done instead is going to produce a separate bill, so I'm not sure if I can expense it and if so what category would it be. [link] [comments] |

Is it a good idea to publish your business structure? Posted: 06 Mar 2021 01:21 PM PST Is it a good idea to publish to the public your business structure? As giving detailed informations to the public (on your website as an example) informations like: We have three departments, Human Resources | Quality Department | Media Department| Human Resources will get your C.V. and will create documents... and so on. Quality Department:..... giving detailed informations about that department too And repeating this for all your department & business structure. Is this a good idea, giving people a lot of informations about your business structure, or better keep it secret? I'm thinking of that because maybe competition can copy the business structure? Capital requirements for private limited companies Posted: 06 Mar 2021 05:44 AM PST So this one is mainly for people in the UK but if your country has something similar then I'd love to hear your views. Is there a case for requiring private limited companies to have a minimum capital requirement prior to registering as private limited? [link] [comments] |
