- Job hiring increasingly relies on personality tests, but that can bar people with disabilities. Using automation runs the risk of screening out people for attributes that have nothing to do with how they would perform their jobs.

Posted: 04 Mar 2021 06:05 PM PST Recently, I decided to take on writing a business case for the first time and I've learned a lot in the process. The initiative is to bring in house a certain service. Many aspects of this is foreign territory including the financial analysis. That being said, I tried to estimate the labor cost of insourcing this service based on an hourly rate but then I remembered I didn't account for fringe benefits. Frankly, I'm not sure what the cost of fringe benefits are at my company so I'm wondering if there is way to get a rough estimate? Maybe a markup of x percent? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 Mar 2021 08:46 PM PST Hey Guys, I am currently in the startup phase of my business. My business has been presented to multiple investors who all have actually all made me an offer, but nothing I am willing to take. I am seeking advice on where to find an investor to meet my needs. I am young so still a bit uninformed in this area of business, and my connections are still forming so it's tough to get in the door to certain places. Any advice would be great. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 04 Mar 2021 01:57 PM PST I am graduating soon, in May, and I have a scholarship for Methodist University, almost covering the entire cost. I am very interested in majoring in either Informational Technology, marketing, or business administration. Marketing and Business administration are my top choices but I am also quite smart with computers so I am leaving that open.. I absolutely SUCK at algebra and calculus and advanced math but I can do the basic stuff very well. Is this a good major ? And is it hard to get a job right out of college with it ? Im terrified of majoring in something and not even being able to get a job with it. I would love any advice and comments ! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 04 Mar 2021 01:20 PM PST How do I learn about business, investing, stock market, savings, income tax etc. YouTube's great but I feel it might be a bit confusing for someone who doesn't know where to start. I'm 19 currently doing my undergraduate in business administration and I feel college especially online classes isn't helping me a bit [link] [comments] |
