| Posted: 31 Jan 2021 05:11 AM PST Pandemic has accelerated the move from the city to the burbs and housing market prediction are strong. Last year there were lots of talks about Fannie Mae coming out of conservatorship. This is a matter of time. Will happen eventually. Right now the stock trades around $2. But looking at the housing demand this should really be at $40 even if we use a conservative pe of 4 Buy now and hold and wait for the day when it comes of of conservatorship. | AMC may be coming out with another, $2 billion dollar secondary, below current prices. Posted: 30 Jan 2021 09:31 AM PST I don't know why GME wouldn't just shelf register stock and do the same. If I was at the helm I would raise $3 billion and use it to completely pivot away from their abortionary legacy business model. There is a lot of opportunity in gaming and none of it requires a giant retail foot-print. For that matter if you are a mega short seller of the above or anything else that is going stratospheric why not just offer the company new money and get the shares you need through new issue at a discount? Short-covered, market more liquid, shares come back to reality in a company that would now have a lot of new capital to grow and innovate and may even justify higher prices. [link] [comments]  |
