    Advice needed

    Posted: 07 Jul 2020 02:29 AM PDT

I'm still a college student, I do hand embroidery, I started advertising for my works online but with no luck. My country is facing an economic collapse (before the pandemic) and everything seems to be failing here.

Anw, I want to find a business partner abroad, who can help me advertise and sell in his country (I'm willing to make big quantities so we can export), I don't know if this is even possible.

Any advice or suggestions? Thank you!

    Are certificates worth it?

    Posted: 06 Jul 2020 03:52 PM PDT

I'm looking into going through the accelerated management program at Yale University, which is rewarded in the end with a certificate. I have an associates degree in Business Administration and have been struggling to get a job in the field due to a past of mostly restaurant jobs.

So I pose the following question to the business professionals in this community - do certificates make job applicants stand out?

Building a website for a new business... What platform should I use?

    Posted: 06 Jul 2020 10:56 PM PDT

    Hi there!

I am working on a starting my own business and I will need to build a pretty big website. The website will have:

    -user accounts

    -employee accounts

    -ability to schedule online appointments

    -chats between employees and users

    -video calling

    and more.

What is the best way to build a website like this? Can I do this through Wix, Word Press, Square space, etc? Or do I need to hire someone? When looking into hiring someone, I saw prices upwards of 25K... I don't have that.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi all,

I hope you are all still wheeling and dealing despite the pandemic. I started a Youtube channel in which I will talk about CRE (transactions, the industry, etc), personal development and my artist management business. I decided to create this page as I feel like there is a lack of content in regards to CRE. I wanted to share this video with you guys in hopes of getting some feedback and or future video ideas. Good or bad, I appreciate all feedback as long as it is constructive criticism and real feedback. Thank you for your time.

    Trade shows conducted in VR

    Posted: 06 Jul 2020 07:05 PM PDT

Does anyone know if there are any trade shows that are broadcast in VR? I can't seem to google anything noteworthy except for providers of other unrelated service perspectives.

I don't mean vr at a physical trade show, I mean attending a Tradeshow in vr to eliminate the costs of travel etc to the physical event, so that would mean each booth would have its own type of broadcast or something like it and you might navigate around with an avatar or something.

FHA lenders that approve 600 or less?

    Posted: 06 Jul 2020 06:07 PM PDT

I know the actual minimum is 580 but most lenders will not go below 620. Wondering if the 580 is more myth than fact?

Looking for actual bank or lender names who have approved with 600 or less credit score please.

What are some job-titles that I should be on the lookout for that relate to "analyst" type roles.

    Posted: 06 Jul 2020 02:07 PM PDT

My experience is mostly in Operations, but I have a degree in analytics and further certification with the ECBA. Several projects that I can speak on. I'm currently in banking and would like to fund a role with more autonomy, working for a smaller company.

Is there anything else I can search for besides "analyst"?

    Thank you
