I hope this is the right place to post this.
    Thanks !

What effect would clearing all world debt have? Including mortgages, government debts, individual loan debts, pay day loan debts, etc.?

    Posted: 26 Jun 2020 02:58 AM PDT

Like many things in economics, here too the problem of most answers is behind. Most of the answers here define the problem of debt repayment as a problem of currency. As such, the failure to repay the debt is a blow to U.S. interests. The government is unwilling to "give", which could lead to some kind of economic loss (which definitely raises the question). US business registration for non-residents

    Posted: 26 Jun 2020 02:44 AM PDT

    Hi,

I have been going through a lot of articles and finally settled on Delaware and Wyoming as they have business friendly environment and also a person doesn't have to be in the US to form a company. Does anyone have experience with this and which one do you recommend? Thanks

Why isn't (most) all data public for public companies?

    Posted: 25 Jun 2020 07:48 PM PDT

For context I've worked in non-profit jobs my entire life, so I'm a bit out of my depth here. I also come from a perspective that all data should be made accessible and availible for better decision making since I work in the public sector.

That said public companies have access to a lot more investors/capital than private companies since they are publicly traded. Modern society acknowledges the responsibility of public companies to disclose basic metrics around their earnings and profitability, but leave out more granular information. For example, I'm not sure it's possible to compare SKU by SKU the YoY performance of P&G products in a rigirous or consistent manner.

I acknowledge that there may be concerns regarding innovation (stressing short-term gains for investors over longer-term company success or contribution), but those tradeoffs are made by making a company public, aren't they? Additionally, if these disclosure requirements were made of all public companies investors would benefit by making better, more informed decisions. Companies would benefit from more complete information.

Lastly there is the argument that companies would wait on the sidelines as private entities and reap the benefits of public data. That said, this issue exists (to a lesser degree) and those same companies today still strive to IPO.

[Labeling] Making our way to Europe

    Posted: 25 Jun 2020 05:10 PM PDT

Hi, hope everyone is doing well. If there's anyone from Europe who can provide insight on this matter, any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. We're from Japan and we begun sales of our paint here and we would like to sell our paint in Europe. My question is what are the requirements for the labeling for paint? For example, is the CE mark required, is the e-mark required, is the VOC mark required, etc. I`m having a difficult time finding answers. Any information in regards to that or the process to get our paint to clear REACH regulations would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Releasing an app under someone else Apple Developer Account

    Posted: 25 Jun 2020 03:29 PM PDT

I'm releasing an app that allows users to earn money when they play certain sports like basketball, football, & soccer. For the past month the app has been ready to release on Apple on Testflight but no matter what my account can't get approved

I've been on the phone with support, they've escalated the claim, they've put in countless tickets to no avail. It has been about 4 1/2 weeks now and they are just as stumped as the beginning. They even suggested making a brand new Apple I.D to no avail

My friend reached out with a solution. He has an account and he can easily release it under his account even though it won't say on the store that the app is from company name it will show his company. I reached back out to apple about transferring the app back to my I.D. once it gets approved and they said it's a non issue

My question is what sort of legal document should I have my friend sign in this case and/or do you think it is even worth the potential headache to do it in this manner.
