    M&A between 2 firms in a group

    Posted: 25 Mar 2020 05:43 AM PDT

Hi guy, I have a question about price stock after the new of a M&A between 2 firms in a group come out.

I'm holding stock of the target firm, what should I do next, continue to hold until m&a finished or sell all of them?

I understand that in a normal situation price of target will move up and the others will go down, but this case happen in corona crisis is going on.

In fact, price of target rose 150%, but then it start to go down (floor price for 5 straight session)

On the book, The target firm had higher value of asset than the acquiring firm, but stock price of the acquiring firm is much higher than the target one (target firm is penny stock).

    Please give me some advice.
