What are your MUST reads that you wish had existed/had read when you were younger?

I always enjoy seeing the variety of books people have, and I'm curious what book you would send back to a younger version of yourself.

What do you have on your list?

Is it a good idea? Any suggestions?

    Posted: 01 Jun 2019 12:32 PM PDT

    Hello,

I live in a very crowded country. Recently I found that same day product delivery (e-commerce, courier) is only available in the capital. So, if you are not from the capital city then you won't get the product delivered in the same day. You have to wait at least 3 days to get the parcel. I thought I might solve this problem.

So, eventually I am gonna create a new courier service that delivers parcel anywhere in the country within a day. I will not use my own vehicle to ship parcels. I have a workaround.

So, what are the things that I should consider before proceeding with this idea? How do I analyse the business field?

    Thanks

    Posted: 01 Jun 2019 05:51 AM PDT

    Hey guys!

As a Health coach for entrepreneurs, I find the most common problems people face are:

    1-Lack of control over health:
•It's easy to let our health slip when we're so focussed on building a business

    2-Maintain Health:
•Information Overload in General about health, that entrepreneurs get lost on what exactly they should do in order to keep their health

    3-Stress Running their lifes:
•brain fog, Less focus, less energy
    •Less quality of live.
    •Sweating
    •Very irritable
•All above resulting in No capacity to take decisions
and Losing the capacity to prioritize.

4-What to eat? And Time for exercise :

•tendency to eat a lot of snacks that aren't the best unless they snack-prep on the weekends.
•Not making time for eat and balance their schedule to eat healthy.
    •Too tired to cook
•Such an intense workloud that they skipp their meals and exercise
•In order to finish tasks they postpone exercise which result in no exercise at all
.All the above resulting in Digestive problems (like bloating), sickness, tiredness, no energy, overweight and in the worst cases body breakdown.

    5-Insomnia/Sleep Problems
    • Trouble falling asleep
    • Waking up in the middle of the night
    • Waking up feeling tired

    • All the above resulting in : Lack of production, bigger stress levels
    No creativity and focus
Losing patience for projects and clients.
Body loses the capacity to recover from one day to the other.

    6-Anxiety
    .Panic Attack
    .Palps
    .No concentration, irritable
    .Making them nauseous

In worst cases: Feeling of despair and completly unable to work and normal function

What are your main sticking points? Can anyone relate to the above?
