Posted: 24 Feb 2019 11:37 AM PST Anyone tried out ustocktrade? A friend recommended it to me. The T-0 and $1 commission fee makes it seem reasonable to trying. Also, for any previous users, what are some downside to it? Ive heard that in certain times, there's limited liquidity which can really affect an individuals trade especially when a stock is volatile during intra-day. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 24 Feb 2019 02:15 PM PST Hey Everyone, Is there a website or app out there when you can create a watchlist and then have a news feed that is only concerned with those stocks? Typically you can do this stock-by-stock by clicking the symbol and going to News, but you have to do that one-by-one. Looking for something that's all in one place. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
Auto-Updating Excel 365 With Current Stock info ????? Posted: 23 Feb 2019 11:02 PM PST Is there a better way? I've been using excel 365 to automatically list stocks, and price with relevant info. You can go to the data tab and click stock, and it will automatically convert a company name to a "stock-type" format, for which you can get it to show prices, beta, etc. But I noticed that the prices are sometimes very wrong. ACB is currently $ 6.95 but excel reports it as $9.50 which is wrong. It tends to do this a lot. I like using excel because I can calculate my costs, gains, losses and other info that I can sort really easy. It makes for a great watch list maker. But is there a better way to get data input into excel? Thank you for any help you can offer. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 24 Feb 2019 06:17 PM PST Ahead of Fitbit's earnings I have been trying to figure out its price movements that occurred in the pass few months. After FIT's last ER the stock was progressed up just about 46% to its high of 6.36$ Nov 8th. However by December 24th the stock had fallen about 27% to 4.62$. Finally as of today FIT has risen 45% to 6.70$. I've been trying to figure out what news or events or press releases have caused this but I can't find anything. Why has FIT been dropping and rocketting like this? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 24 Feb 2019 05:00 PM PST Hi, I'm very very new to the stock market and also very young, 18. I'm currently using Charles shwaub and am focusing on investing in weed mainly for the very high demand. So far I have put down only 100 dollars for my account and will continue to put down 50 dollars a month. I'd like to find penny stocks, around 50 cents to 3 dollars. Could I get some advice on some companies I could invest in? [link] [comments] |

13 y/o is going to start day trading Posted: 24 Feb 2019 05:21 PM PST Hello I'm 13 even though I'm a minor I've been paper trading for the past year and feel I'm ready to use real money under a custodial account/ an adults account but I manage the money but it's going to be a small account . Should I swing trade and grow my account or just hop into momentum stocks. I saved up my money from the past 2 years and finally got the Tandem trader course from investors underground and it helped a lot. Even though I'm new to day trading I know almost everything about it and have a good understanding of the market . For my broker it will either be Ustocktrade or fidelity and when I can finally afford it DAS trader pro. I paper trade everyday before school when the market is most volatile so it's very good practice but I still feel lost. Some help in leading me in the right direction would help a lot. Trading simulator that rewinds time? Posted: 24 Feb 2019 07:58 AM PST Hey everyone, Is there a tracing sim. that allows you to rewind and fast-forward time? That way I can test out strategies over the weekends by "playing dumb" with some stocks/options that I don't know the history of. Thanks [link] [comments] |
