What type of pre-employment testing did you guys receive (Financial Analyst role)

I'm currently doing a paper on every asset of getting a Financial Analyst position (I know, weird teacher and weird class) and the only section I need is pre-employment testing. Now this is more of a cognitive pre-employment testing and not drug testing. Did any of you have an Excel test or something of the sort?

    Thanks
