Equity share vs profit share? Help needed

Hello, I'll be starting a business soon. And I found someone who will invest on me.

I have zero capital, and he'll provide all the funds needed for the business. He requested for a 10% profit sharing annually, and the invested amount has to be repaid within 10 years.

What does that "profit sharing" means?

Does that mean I still have 100% equity?

Assuming he invest 1 million into the business, and there's a profit of 100k. does that mean I have 100% ownership, and just have to split 10% profit(10k) for the investor?
