How do you break the cycle of product "rejection"? Posted: 09 Jul 2018 01:55 AM PDT I often experience the following pattern: I go to a local store and want to talk to the sales manager. The clerk tells me to contact the headquaters that I can reach via mail - it's never firstname.secondname@company.com but always info@company.com. I write to them and never hear back. I call them, am being put on hold. Then someone answers who asks me to write an email to info@company.com. Neither do I know whether my offer reached anyone who can decide, nor what their requirements are nor why they don't want my product. How to break this cycle? [link] [comments] |

At what point does a service become a business? Posted: 08 Jul 2018 09:11 AM PDT If someone is a tutor or a lawn mower, they may start out having 1-2 clients, and then keep adding clients on the list. At what point does this simple service become a legal business? I'm asking because I'd like to move abroad on an entrepreneur visa (country not important) - the requirements listed on the government website were simple (have a few members on the team, prove you have clients, blah blah)... but can't a simple freelance tutor then move abroad saying he/she has a tutoring "business"?
