Kraft Heinz, what am I missing? Posted: 07 Jun 2018 08:47 AM PDT Kraft Heinz is about 10% of Berkshires Hathaway's Portfolio. This year 40% of the market capitalization has been shaved off on essentially flat sales and Income due to a lack of topline growth and fears that the packaged foods industry is in trouble. This has brought the dividend yield to 4.32% and a trailing PE of 6.41. I understand the company faces headwinds but with such a conservative valuation and Warren Buffets seal of approval, this seems like a good time to buy. What am I missing? [link] [comments] |
