In the process of purchasing the trademark for my company, [I'm from the UK] I checked my competitor's name and low and behold, they had not filed for trademark either. I'm most likely not going to purchase their trademark, but let's say I was to, what does that really mean? We are told to trademark our names so no else can use it, but what happens when you're using someone else's trademark? and I'll just ask, should I purchase it? lol Business is business, all's fair in love and war n that...
