Anyone know anything about setting up a dealership? Posted: 09 Dec 2017 06:45 PM PST I'm located in the state of NJ in the US. Please forgive me if this isn't the right place to post.. I'm trying to help my dad out. He has a mechanic shop and wants to expand and open up an authorized dealership under the same company (same EIN, same legal entity). He's graciously tasked me with doing this for him, but has said that the paper can be complicated and he just doesn't have the time for it. I'm still in the beginning stages of looking into this but wanted to know if anyone had insight. Does anyone have experience or knowledge about this subject? Any information would be great appreciated. [link] [comments] |
Looking for a better way to keep track of customer loyalty using excel Posted: 09 Dec 2017 09:52 AM PST The place I work at (small-ish restaurant) has a reward system we use for when customers buy certain items. The earning and accrual of these points is handled by our POS system. Every week a manager will check to see if anyone has hit a new milestone, and thus owed a new reward. We use google sheets (I know, not really Excel, but close enough) to record what is owed to a customer and when and by which manager it is given to said customer. Right now we have one big sheet that has different areas organized by reward milestones; each area has two columns in them, one for the customer's name, and one for the date they have been given the reward. I am trying to find a better way to organize this data so you don't have to jump around so much looking to see what is owed to a customer in this chart or that chart. I would like to continue using google sheets (but am open to something else that i can use in a similar fashion) to record and track this information, but I am having trouble finding a better, more organized way to do so. In search of a mass texting service which allows customers to input their own information Posted: 09 Dec 2017 08:15 AM PST As the title say, I am in search of an application/program that can mass text customers. But also gives me he ability to setup an iPad on my sales counter and have them input their information themselves. Any information would be awesome! Thanks. [link] [comments] |
