The Importance of Small Goals Posted: 08 Jan 2022 11:05 PM PST Hi Everybody! I find having a small goal for each component of my portfolio really useful. Stock portfolio Real Estate Retirement account Net worth Total quarterly dividend payout (this one is just for my own fun) I find a small goal should be achievable within 6 months. I want to buy a townhome that is listed at $605,000 and it sold for $320,00 back in 2014. There almost double the price now. (The estimated payment would be $2,760 a month).
