Posted: 30 Sep 2021 09:27 PM PDT I've been observing a lot of debates regarding whether a company should do a public apology and compensate if there is an angry mob because of unsatisfying products or events. On one side, they say that if a company is still unable to satisfy the customers despite all their efforts and compensations, the fault is at the customers for always demanding more and that the company is not fully at fault. On the other hand, they say that it is a business strategy to please people, especially in moments like conflict between customers and company, so it is an obligation to fulfill their wishes until the very end. Im confused, do they really have to apologize sincerely with a whole heart or what? [link] [comments] |
