    $BBIG

    Posted: 02 Sep 2021 03:58 AM PDT

Huge shoutout to BullSeed4PussBears. Most of the credit goes to him.

BBIG reverse merger has way more upside than SPRT. The fundamentals are also way better than sprt..for the reasons below.

    1. Lomotif is the rival to Tik Tok And hasn't even been rolled out in the US yet. Will be huge.
    2. They are spinning off emmersive entertainment which is their NFT platform and whoever is holding shares of BBIG gets a 1:1 split of emmersive stock as well. This stock has been rumored to be valued at $2-$3.
    3. BBIG has the proxy coming out any day now.

Let's do the math. If SPRT hits $100 that's 3.5x from current price.

BBIG fair value is at $35...4x of current price. Add in that it's 40% short... It could easily run to $70 making it 7-8x.. SPRT would have to hit $200+ for the same return... It's not happening.

There is 60 million shares from Vinco and 44 million shares from Zash, that's 104 million shares in issue.

104 million shares x 2.85 dollars is currently a MARKET CAP of around 300 million dollars for Vinco, Zash, & Lomotive. That's what we are currently valuing everything at.

The market has YET to factor in that we own 80% of Lomotive which has an independent valuation of 5 billion dollars. 80% of 5 billion is 4 billion so we can add 4 billion on top of 300 million.

So we are now at a Market Cap of 4.3 BILLION DOLLARS. So 4.3 billion divided by 104 million shares is around $38.

That's the fair share price... $38

Hope this helps and stop listening to people who have no clue and can't hold stocks for more than a day.

20 million Warrants exercised at $9 for BBIG

Ask yourself - why would an investor do that?

it would've cost a lot more to buy shares on the open market. Therefore, it is an $18 million dollar bet that the stock is going way up.

Short squeeze, volume increase, upward trend and proxy news are all great. BUT an 18m investment at $9 per share is well enough conviction in itself.

    IS TSM A STRONG BUY?

    Posted: 02 Sep 2021 08:33 AM PDT

TSMC is the world's largest contract chip manufacturer, making 13 million units a year for the likes of Apple and NVIDIA. It's not only Taiwan's biggest company, it's now the largest stock in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, bigger even than China's Alibaba and Tencent. South Korea's Samsung is the only company to match TSMC in terms of semiconductor production.

The global shortage in semiconductors is affecting everything from electric vehicles to smartphones, and there is no obvious end in sight. This is great news for the likes of TSMC whose shares have risen 50% in a year. But Morningstar analysts still think the shares are undervalued. The Taiwanese company also has a wide economic moat because it could command higher prices and has a lower cost base than rivals.

So, are semiconductors companies good long term investments? ETFs would be better than just TSM?

    BAC Options play

    Posted: 02 Sep 2021 08:06 PM PDT

    BAC Options play

So my recommendation for tomorrow is to play into BAC (Bank of America) overall financials in the market have been lagging and the economy continuing to go boom. People are saving money and they are seeing the only 'safe place' to keep it is in the bank.

This stock has surged 70% from march 2020 lows and is continually able to post strong financial Quarters. They have smashed it in the previous two Quarters Q1 & Q2 posting a surprise in earnings. In Q1 they posted earnings of .86 which was .20 higher than the expected of .66. And same story in Q2 were they posted earnings of 1.26 which was .26 higher than expected.

With BAC seeing a lull in volume this could be a perfect time to jump on. I have previously done positions in BAC and have road the wave from $25-40 where I took profits. I am using some of those profits to jump back into BAC because I LIKE THE STOCK.

Here is their chart for about a 3 month long period. Top pink horizontal line is set at $42.00.

My option play is that I have Bought 5 options strike at 42 that are set to expire Sep 17 for .41. With that being said I have set my stop loss on the lower white line. Like all the coke that I do. Since I have bought 5 call option I will have different areas of exit.

BAC Sep 17' 21$42 Call Price action

With them seeming to bottom out with high buy action coming into next week the story looks compelling. Current price is listed at about .38. I have one sell point to trigger at .6, one at .65, three at .7, & one at .8.

For all you wrinkled brain apes out here if you buy it now you can potentially double you money by next week once price action kicks in.

    SENS - boom or bust?

    Posted: 02 Sep 2021 10:36 AM PDT

    SENS - boom or bust?

Disclaimer: I'm not a financial advisor nor is this financial advice, make your own decisions.

Current Position: Long shares (very small position relative to portfolio)

    The Good:

-SENS sells EGM's (Continuous Glucose Monitor) for diabetes - basically it's a patch on your arm you wear instead of getting pricked by needles to test you blood levels

-I hate needles/finger pricks, and this technology doesn't require you to prick yourself with a needle. That alone should be enough but their CGM's last for up to 90 days and they are creating 180 day and 365 day CGM's. Their competitors are roughly 10-15 days. Not to mention it's a needle vs a capsule that gets implanted under your skin \I don't have diabetes but literally just hate needles so I think there could be value here lol**

-Their CGM's can alert you thru your smartwatches/smartphones

-Accomplished management team, they just pump out patents

-They are just breaking into the US market as sales in USA only $3M last year (2019) as most sales came from Europe roughly $18M (2019).

-Projected revenue of 12-15M – currently that is on pace through the first 2 quarters of 2021 (Revenue: 1Q-21 & 2Q-21 was $2.8M & $3.3M respectively, a 15% increase QoQ

-Ascensia partnership appears to be going well – Ascensia is control of marketing and other commercial tasks while Senseonics can now focus solely on product development

-System Accuracy is leading the industry – SENS product is roughly 8% more accurate than the industry

-They are in the process of developing 180 day and 360 day EGM's (not sure when these will be ready for market though or what the time frame is with FDA approval on these) but I think the 180 day EGM's are being used in Europe already

    The Bad:

    -Hemorrhaging cash

    -Lots of Debt

-COVID CRUSHED their revenues in 2020

-COVID is delaying a lot of FDA approvals to move along with clinical trials for the longer lasting CGM's etc.

-Very speculative play, high risk, potentially high reward

-Don't see them being profitable any time soon

    Financials:

Financials honestly look pretty brutal which is expected for a biotech type of company – but I think they may have turned the corner here and we could be seeing an improvement.

A long term look at Revenue, COGS, Gross Profit & overall profitability looks quite bleak – but if you focus on the past 5 quarters there looks to be improvement. I think this shows the partnership with Ascensia is going well thus far and the product actually has positive Gross Margins for the past 4 quarters:

    Not great

    Some hope

    Yikes

    Double yikes

Still, this company is grossly unprofitable which is extremely concerning to me even despite the improvement in Revenues and GP in the past 4 quarters. You can barely even see the Revenue bar relative to the Loss of the company. I'm totally speculating, but it almost looks as if the best course of action for this company would be to be bought out by one of its major competitors for their technology, like Dexcom for example.

Regardless, I think if the technology is truly this great and THAT MUCH better than the competition, then it's a small risk I'm open to take.

Looking forward to hearing what people think about this company and their technology as I am no medical expert by any means…

    Precision fermentation and Cellular Agriculture

    Posted: 02 Sep 2021 06:20 AM PDT

    Hi,

I'm positively interested in stocks related to food production and innovation in this field. I'm particulary interested in companies involved in the development of new technologies wich respond to the rising demand of "ecofriendly" and healthy sources of protein, fiber and diverse micronutrients asociated to wellbeing and longevity. In line with this, I have been investing in vertical farming (wich is going pretty well for now). Now I would like to increase my investment in the food sector with a stronger focus on traditional meat substitution. I have considered insect and seaweed/kelp derived food, but I am mostly interested in the field of Precision fermentation and Cellular Agriculture.

What is your op. about this type of food thechnology?

Do you know any growth stocks related to these fields?

    Thank you in advance

    David
