So say A individual finds a sports hall to use as a venue for his classes. He has signed a contract with the sports hall, on behalf of the company that he and three others are directors and shareholders in. Even though his company doesn't fully legal exist. Will this cause any problems and if so what should have the individual done instead to prevent any issues caused ?

China Wants to Build a $306 Billion Used-Car Market From Scratch

    Posted: 03 May 2021 05:36 PM PDT

Although China has more than 270 million vehicles on its roads, only an estimated 15 million secondhand models were sold in 2019. That's in sharp contrast to places such as Australia, the U.K., and the U.S., where people buy more used cars than new ones. So policymakers, intent on stimulating domestic consumption, want to change that. China is aiming to double the size of its secondhand-car market to about 2 trillion yuan ($306 billion) by 2025. To get there, Beijing has slashed taxes on used-car dealers, in May reducing the levy to 0.5% from 3%—far less than the 17% tax on new vehicles. It's also making it easier for dealers to trade used cars among themselves by classifying a secondhand vehicle without a license plate as a commodity rather than a personal asset, which simplifies the transaction. "The used-car-trading business is about to enter a brand-new chapter," says Xiao Zhengsan, secretary general of the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA). "We will see more positive policies in this area. Companies such as UXIN can expect to see rapid growth in the coming years as a result.

Who offers industry databases to help you quantify your market worldwide?

    Posted: 03 May 2021 12:59 PM PDT

In Canada you can use industry databases such as those offered by Statistics Canada, U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis or Hoovers – what do you r ecommend using for worldwide?

E.g. if you want to Estimate the number of target customers, you'd use a similar company/product that's already out - so I want to view a database for another company/product to get their numbers worldwide

    Hello guys,

I'm desperately needing a shipping courier to ship all my products to the UK.

I'm only 18 so don't have a lot of experience in this.

I started my own business for fun but it's turned into my life now. I'm getting lots of orders a day so I need a reliable courier to pick my items up from my Chinese manufacturer then ship across the UK to customers.

PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME ADVICE. thanks
