Posted: 31 Dec 2020 09:18 PM PST So I own a business in Indiana and I also have 2 other partners in an S corporation. One of our partners just isn't putting in the same effort as myself and my other partner among other issues. What I have a question about is if we wanted to go about removing him from the equation how do we go about that? I tried to look around and im not sure what I'm even really looking for or what might be legit for Indiana or anything. Any advice would help! A couple notes would be that one of us has 34% ownership instead of 33%, not the partner in question however. We do not have any type of agreement or shareholders agreement or anything regarding this subject. Thank you in advance for any replys! [link] [comments] |

Need some knowledge of printing stickers - Starting a local tea business Posted: 31 Dec 2020 06:29 PM PST Hello! I am considering starting to sell custom tea blends, and I am trying to get the idea of the packaging done. I know you can print on sticker paper, but is there some sort of printer I can use to avoid hand cutting stickers myself? Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |

Which company is more likely to acquire Stripe, if any? (Or at least attempt) Posted: 31 Dec 2020 03:04 PM PST Here are my pics: Facebook: They acquire a lot of stuff for lots of money, and can easily pull 35B if needed. Not to mention all the sweet sweet data they would be able to collect Salesforce The SF Commerce Cloud already uses stripe, and the mission of stripe is closely aligned with SF Bank of America/Chase/Wells Fargo/Capital One or any other big bank Obvious Microsoft: has the money to do so, and it is primarily aimed at developers Amazon/AWS Sweet Sweet data, they have the money, and it already runs on AWS [link] [comments] |

Unique Opportunity! Looking for a young entrepreneur passionate about food and health Posted: 31 Dec 2020 10:51 AM PST Hi all! Have a really fantastic idea that I'd love to bring into reality - think there is a lot of value in this specific product and I am willing to put in the work to make it happen! I'm looking for a partner that is in their young 20's, passionate about food and health (as this is what the business opportunity falls into) and if you have any engineering experience with CAD or even experience with the patent process that would be a huge plus. If interested, please PM. I am located in Boston! [link] [comments] |
