    Books suggestions

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 11:02 PM PST

Hello guys, I'm new to the reading world and I was wondering if there is a book that "explains" or talks about a non-digital business? Like being the business owner of a hvac/elevator/whatever company, on how to get contracts, ecc... I know there is no magic way to do things, just wondering

What is the best cheap way to promote I’m trying to promote a new dermal filler and have a small budget.

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 09:25 PM PST

Basically what I said in the title.

But I'm not interested aiming to sell it to big aesthetic nurses/ plastic surgeons. Even though if they did a bulk order I'd do it for the money.

Well I am like but smaller-medium sized businesses. And individuals

My price is very cheap. Probably one of the cheapest options.

But I don't want to sell the product long term. As I feel like it's just way I'm making hope to help stay afloat in my own situation. I just want to sell a lot fast.

That is exactly what I want to do sell a lot fast over other things.

I originally started posting in Facebook groups to do with dermal filler. And are interested in promoting via social media. And have thought about sending it to some influencers to promote. Despite having a very small budget.

This is not the most well wrote thing I know. But obviously I am aiming to get as many customers as possible. But ultimately like I said I'm just trying sell a lot fast over other stances/options I could take.

Is there a way to know specific company sales by country?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 01:50 PM PST

Of course I'm thinking of those big, public companies, like Apple for example. I couldn't find such information in their financial reports after quick search. Do you think that it could be somehow possible to at least approximate sales numbers of some companies by country?

Looking for ways to track and communicate stock

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 11:50 AM PST

Hello all! I will try my best to keep this post short and to the point.

I'm asking for advice on ways to communicate stock/amount of certain items between different departments within a company as well as just having a clear and simple overview of our supplies. Maybe there is an app or website that could be used specifically for this?

This holiday season has been the busiest our company has ever had. As this is the first time we've been dealing with such a large number of orders, mistakes were made in our stock count which meant a small percentage of orders did not get assembled in time. This can happen for a number of different reasons. For example, we need to assemble a 100 sets, they each include a battery charger, unfortunately 2 of the chargers we got from our supplier don't work. Because we don't really have any system in place yet, these 2 broken chargers were just put aside, production continued and it wasn't noted into any specific document. Another thing that can happen, a costumer notifies us that their order arrived without a connection cable. The department that deals with returns takes a connection cable from production, again this is not written down anywhere, so now production is missing one cable for a new order.

We were very proud and happy to see that the number of such mistakes was quite low but are hoping to minimise, if not completely eliminate them in the future.

I really appreciate any suggestions on document sharing apps or other creative ways to handle this. We would like all our employees to have access to such information and also be able to change it anytime and anywhere.

Trying to gauge what to price this workshop at, any thoughts?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 03:13 AM PST

So I own a small business and basically we help other businesses sell their product. We have a lot of entrepreneur and business owners as followers. I'm putting together an online speaker series of 7 speakers from accomplished business owners to finance and tax specialists, to do an online educational talks. They will be schedule from March-May so you'll tune in on the date that the talk is. The group that those who join will also include tools to help organize and track your business and weekly discussions as well as opportunities to promote your business.

What would you pay for something like this? We have generated a lot of interest, I'm just nervous about setting a price now. I was thinking between $30-40 but I don't know if that's too high or too low...honestly doesn't feel too low given the work I'm putting into it lol!!

    Thoughts??
