What would you do if you were reassigned to run an existing business Posted: 09 Sep 2020 01:04 AM PDT You work as the go to man / woman for the world famous billionaire Mr moneybags Malone. You are told you have to take over a poorly managed business he has acquired and turn it around. You have no time restraints but he wants to start seeing some improvements soon. Are there any books or other resource you would pull off your dusty book shelf to help you develop implement new systems and procedures? How do you handle current staff? What divisions would you focus in on straight away, are you talking to accounting, marketing the sales team. What do you want to know immediately. What are you going to do to find shortfalls in the business and how can you get a return for your boss? Mr moneybags Malone is waiting.... [link] [comments] |

If $350,000 fell into your lap, what would you do with it to make it grow? Posted: 08 Sep 2020 09:47 PM PDT What business/industry would you set-up? You don't have to spend all $350k in one venture. [link] [comments] |

*HELP* Problem creating a Business Bank Account as a new 18 Year Old. Posted: 08 Sep 2020 08:18 PM PDT Hello All In a bit of a situation here that's been getting me really worked up. I recently just turned 18 a few days ago and filed for my first LLC, obtained EIN, submitted to IRS, etc, etc. I finalized my LLC but here comes the very frustrating part. When I was applied for a Business Bank Account, I input all my information and my SSN (Social Security Number) obviously. I wait a couple of days for it to be approved, but I got denied saying I "Mistyped" my SSN or couldn't be found/identified. I know my SSN is 100% correct and even showed proof of my SSN Card to the Bank but it was still denied. I heard rumors that it could take up a few months for a new 18 year old to their identity (SSN) become fully identifiable, but I can't really afford waiting a few months. Is there anything I can do in my power to fix this? Any Recommendations? Help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks. [link] [comments] |
