S-Corporation Structure question Posted: 25 Aug 2020 07:21 PM PDT Hello, So this question pertains only to structure #1. I have a basic S-corp holding corporation schema here. The question is: will the Vikare S-Corp get the benefits of consolidated tax filing and payroll if, for instance, major shareholders have DIRECT ownership in the subsidiary LLC and ALSO own the parent S-Corp? Also are there any benefits to having direct ownership of a subsidiary and also ownership through its parent other than a safeguard for ownership? Edit: those DBAs will become LLC or QSubs so that the VIKARE S-Corp is a true holding company. [link] [comments] |

TikTok Files Suit Challenging US Ban Posted: 25 Aug 2020 05:38 AM PDT Chinese-owned TikTok sued the US government in federal court Monday, saying that it protects its users' data and challenging President Trump's executive order that would effectively ban the video-sharing app if it doesn't find an American buyer for its US operations. Earlier this month, Trump issued an order calling on TikTok Chinese owner to divest itself of the video-sharing app's US operations, setting a 90-day deadline for the transaction to be completed. Where to find statistical information? (global) Posted: 25 Aug 2020 01:04 PM PDT Hi good folks! New to market research and I was wondering if I could ask y'alls for a little guidance? I need to find rough number of businesses within a certain market / country with a few criteria, for example, number businesses with more than 500 employees in India. Are there any freely available sources for finding such numbers? Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |
