Posted: 04 May 2020 07:26 PM PDT $MVIS is a stock that is being bought out by a company on Thursday and the PR is obviously on that date. It is suspect to be Microsoft because there is a image of there items having Microsoft on its gear. I can show as much proof as you'd like but this is all up for grabs at this point. I am not telling you to buy right now. All I am saying is that this can see $2-$4 in the coming days also do your own due diligence. [link] [comments] |

I would like to have a letter of recommendation sent to a hiring manager, details are in the post Posted: 04 May 2020 08:34 PM PDT I have my third interview for an internship on Thursday. I had a professor write me a letter of recommendation earlier this year. Is ok for me to have him email the hiring manager (post interview), even if they don't ask me for a recommendation letter? It's a really good letter. Its relevant to the position, and it has details about me that give it some credibility. I think it could really help me out. Just some extra info on the situation. sometimes emails to the professor get buried in their inbox, so I don't want to tell the hiring manager ahead of time in case the professor doesn't end up sending it out on time. I figured it might backfire on me if the hiring manager is expecting an email but doesn't get one. Any help is appreciated [link] [comments] |
The #1 Best Piece of Advice for Business man Posted: 04 May 2020 07:20 PM PDT 📷DON'T EVER QUIT! That's it. If I had to give only 1 piece of advice to aspiring Businessman, it's don't fucking quit. It may be an unpopular opinion. It conflicts with the idea of fail fast / fail hard. But every successful business has this in common - THEY NEVER QUIT! Businesses aren't created overnight, they take blood, sweat, and tears. The truth is most people will quit when things get difficult. Many more people never even get started. They fuss about names, websites, branding, and other stupid shit. The majority of new business owner focus on the stupid shit upfront and just waste all their time. Then they figure out that starting a business is harder than they thought, so they quit. If you want to be successful, start a business and never quit. Keep learning, keep improving, keep moving forward. You will be successful. This stuff isn't MAGIC. Hard Work + Time = Success. There will be moments when you want to quit, when you lose faith in yourself, when you're facing seemingly insurmountable obstacles... "If You're Going Through Hell, Keep Going" In 5 years you will look around, realize you made it, and then you can thank me. :) 📷DON'T EVER QUIT! That's it. EIDL Update My Experiences With SBA Posted: 04 May 2020 07:09 PM PDT So I originally applied with the long form on 3/17 and then re-applied with the short form on 3/29. My number was 330004xxxx. Saw a credit pull on 3/17 and then again on 4/11. My credit is excellent and it drop it 20 points from the credit hits. Received the 10K grant and speaking with so many tier 2 reps saw they were reviewing my loan on 4/17. Finally after a week of constant calling (along with receiving the constant SBA general email about receiving the portal) I called and spoke with an extremely knowledgeable rep who told my I was denied and told me the loan specialists name along with a date and time of denial. I never received a denial letter (still to this day) and the exact reason was "unqualified but willing to reconsider with correct documentation"??? Funny I submitted all proper financials in my long form. So I took the interest to go to my local SBA they were little to no help and told me to contact them standard 1800 number and could not reach out to the staff at the Fort Worth TX branch (which I personally felt was BS). Finally after a lot of digging and phone calls I made contact with my exact loan specialist who denied me. After a long lengthy conversation she told me she never reviewed my application and told me it was kicked out by the computer like many for reasons she could not explain. She told me she only does denials after receiving the portal if financials do not match up. She mentioned that rules and regulations are constantly changing and she cannot keep up with everything. She also told me she was informed from other staff they are not reviewing Reconsiderations but stated that could change any day because of how everything always changes daily with the SBA. During this entire time I had been emailing fax and mailing my documentation to the SBA which she recommended as well. Also spoke with another high up rep and they explained to me everything is a mess and have had many many computer glitches with applications and lost documentation because they are not equipped to handle so many application. So at the end of the day I really do not have much to do or say and hope they review my reconsideration. Hopefully they are reviewing them. [link] [comments] |
