The second thing I advise my customers to do before quarantining is to make a list of expectations of the customer from their product (and similar products) for this summer. It is important not only to address the challenge of a decline in demand (for example, by reducing costs). The very nature of demand will change, and you need to anticipate in advance what your clients will want when restrictions on work are removed. We usually make a map of clients' expectations, dividing them into rational and psychological ones, and each of these lists, in turn, into key and additional ones. You can discuss this list with your team (online) or, if possible, with your clients. What to do next? You will find the answer in the next post! Stay tuned!
