After you have a list of customer values and expectations in your hands, you may ask yourself the question: "What processes primarily affect the key customer expectations?" For example, if a customer will value a low price or high delivery speed most, the product's compliance with these expectations may be most affected, for example, by purchasing or logistics processes. It is extremely dangerous to reduce costs through these processes. And the processes weakly influencing value, even on additional, deserve more careful consideration from the point of view of refusal from them or transfer on outsourcing.

    Major management changes

    Posted: 07 Apr 2020 02:41 PM PDT

    Hello,

Looking for some examples of change management, cases of known companies that underwent change, with an identifiable change agent and maybe one that has seen resistance from the organization. Struggling to find such a change that is documented, maybe through case studies or at least a detailed description of what happened (what caused the change, how it was implemented).
