Have you ever sued a company for accepting a takeover at a low price per share?

I own some SMRT, the board accepted a buyout at $0.90. I'm personally making money on the investment, but I thought the company was worth more, apparently many other investors felt the same on Twitter, etc. Three lawsuits have been publicized already against the transaction. I've heard more are pending.

I'm learning about appraisal rights. But I don't know yet the way a judge will accept arguments for valuation.

Happy to hear what you guys think about this.

I am considering also taking the SIE (Security Industry Essentials) although I have no intention for becoming or working for a broker dealer.

I'd be interested in learning more about more obscure and illiquid securities, where to find them, where to trade them.
