Tesla is facing new scrutiny from a federal auto safety agency around battery issues in some Model S and Model X vehicles.

A notice published Tuesday by the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration states the agency launched an investigation into a possible defect tied to battery packs that could cause "non-crash fires" in some Teslas.

Best way to invest my first $500?

    Posted: 04 Oct 2019 10:29 AM PDT

I am quite a beginner in regards to investing and know next to nothing about the current stock market climate. What is the best route to go with an initial $500 investment? I was thinking etfs and I've been doing some minor researching but I still feel pretty lost. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Companies like "Regal Assets" are complete scams and are a giant waste of time/money. DD inside.

This article perfectly sums up why companies like Regal Assets are a complete scam. Why am I bringing this up? Because I was just spammed by a user who tried to get me to sign up to be an "affiliate" (i.e. a loser salesman who tries to scam morons/elderly people out of their money to invest in something dumb like "gold IRAs" and other bullshit.

I'm sure most of you are aware of this, just make sure none of your parents or grandparents get hoodwinked into this bullshit. As a PSA, you should call them right now to check.

Questions about Shares and Tech Giants

    Posted: 04 Oct 2019 02:48 PM PDT

Thanks is advance for your time in answering these. Please forgive my lack of understanding of how the stock market system works and the proper vocabulary.

    1. Is it possible for millions of individuals to each buy a single share of stock of a tech giant and then gift/sell that stock to a representative company that could potentially get enough shares to have some operating authority over said tech giant? For example: Twitter

    1. If question #1 is possible, then is it also possible for a contract to be made that would allow any profits from said stocks that were transferred to be passed back to the individuals that originally gifted/sold those stocks to the representative company?

    1. In the case for say, Twitter, what would need to be accomplished for the representative company to get some operating authority over the tech giant?

Questions based on the idea: Establish a 1st Amendment friendly / transparency friendly operating authority on all tech giants in order to combat censorship/corruption of power in all tech giants.

    Thanks for your time.

$IGPK Keep watch for next week. CEO just hinted at 3 major transactions/acquisitions about to close.

    Posted: 04 Oct 2019 06:47 AM PDT

    From CEO:

$IGPK is filing an Amendment to its Articles with the State of NV, this is to create another Series of Preferred that will be used to close a transaction outlined in the most recent Q Rpt. IGPK is working to Close 3 pending transactions this month to incorporate in the S-1 Reg.

Something big coming, just do your own DD and read recent filing ;)

Currently, the price of the stock is sitting at $0.002 and since OTCQB requires the issuing company to have a PPS of at least $0.01, analysts are keen to see what the company has to release in terms of news/updates in order to reach the mandatory $0.01 listing requirement. The CEO if IGPK also ruled out a Reverse Split on Friday, with the following statement.
A company doing a r/S files an Amended and Restated of the Articles of the Company and they make reference to the r/S*.* $IGPK ONLY amended the Preferred. The Company is not planning on anything outside of building the Company is the Cannabis space and CBD in WI right now.
