Aswath Damodaran, famous NYU finance professor with a MBA+PhD in finance from UCLA, has a youtube channel and he uploads his entire MBA/undergrad classes on corp finance/valuation. hes a renowned professor and was even quoted in the headline WSJ article on Uber today. the MBA corp finance class alone is like 50 hrs of video. hes taught at NYU for like 3 decades and is still enthusiastic about finance. has a lot of cool stories too. here you go

the link is to his playlists and you can see every class he had for "MBA Corporate Finance," or "MBA Valuation" (remember, tuition + registration fees for 9 months at NYU is over 75k)
