Got a job in sales (Product Consultant for a Software Company). Any recommended books or advice?

    Posted: 08 Apr 2019 11:58 PM PDT

My background is in education (former math/IT teacher) and my skills are heavy on data analysis and statistics. I won't be doing any cold calls or hard selling, but it's clear there's more to my role than just helping people use our product. We want them to buy it and keep buying it.

    Thanks for any advice.

What happens if someone opens a chain restaurant and it shuts down

    Posted: 08 Apr 2019 06:04 PM PDT

Sometimes I see franchise locations of chain restaurants that shutdown . For example today I saw a Pieology pizza place that shutdown . Online it says these cost 458,500-$874,500 to open per location .

Do they usually end up filing bankruptcy ? If they have say an SBA loan are they on the hook to pay the whole thing back ?

Hey Reddit! I've just been giving my year 11 business assignment, where I have to create a business model for a new small business!

    Posted: 08 Apr 2019 05:22 PM PDT

Can anyone think of a small (Probably soul trading type) business that I could base my idea of that will impress my teachers? Seriously! Your business, one that you have seen in your local area? something that I can "Aye bro can I copy your homework? Sure just change it up a bit"

    Thanks in advance!!
