Where can I sell a 7 year old site that brings 7200 targeted emails / 30 days in the field of personality development

    Posted: 24 Apr 2019 01:25 AM PDT

    Hi,

I've been running an online platform that provides personality tests to visitors.

When they subscribe they receive their test results and go into an email automation that sells them my books and online courses (while also providing a lot of value). The automation was made years and years ago and I still sell, but because my business focus changed, I'm not actively working on it and I want an exit.

I was wondering where I can sell such a business.

    New no-risk product sourcing platform

    Posted: 23 Apr 2019 08:05 PM PDT

Hi all, I am the founder of Veribuy, an upcoming product sourcing platform that bridges online and in-person sourcing methods. I've been a buyer for over 5 years and decided I, among my peers in the industry, could benefit from todays technology to finally take the risk out of product sourcing. Please take a look at the website, we'd love any feedback at all!

Also if you're interested, we're giving away $500CAD to one of the first 1000 individuals to take our survey.

    Thank you for reading!

    Entrepreneur at school?!?

    Posted: 23 Apr 2019 07:22 PM PDT

I'm a broke high school student. What would be some good things to sell at school? I have sold tea, but that didn't work too well. It would be best if it was something I could do on the down low to avoid administrators as long as possible, but I don't care too much. Thanks for the help!

Is there a name for this type of business structure?

    Posted: 23 Apr 2019 05:57 PM PDT

A friend of mine is the head of a local town's sports league. He works with a company that's a couple of hours away to get apparel. But it's not like vistaprint where he just supplies a logo and gets t shirts mailed to him etc. Instead, the way it works is that my friend supplies a logo to this company and tells them which products he'd like to make available to the teams/parents of the players, and this company sets up a storefront type website for the town (town.company.com) with only those products (and with images of the products with the logo on them). The teams go to this personalized website and order whatever they want of what's available and the company gives a % of each sale of the items to my friend's league. This company has the same arrangement with other towns/leagues.

So all of the apparel is customized at this one place; each town/sport/league/whatever can have their own special offering with their own logos; and to the buyer, it appears as though they're ordering from the league website when in reality it's this customized apparel company. And the league never needs to worry about any of it—customizing, fulfillment, etc. they simply just get a % of each sale. Is there a name for this? Are there other examples?

    Thanks in advance!
