| FB and GOOG growth to decline significantly. Posted: 05 Feb 2019 07:37 AM PST Looking for comment on an emerging theory that CAC (customer acquisition costs) are in bubble territory. That buoyant capital markets (VC, public, etc) have funded direct to consumer (DTC) and everything as a service (xAAS) startups, and, as a result, are bidding up auction based CAC to unsustainable levels. The largest beneficiaries of this has been FB and GOOG. Fragmentation, competition will lower LTV, funding will abate, CAC markets will deflate. [link] [comments]  |

Supposedly some guys have 75%+ accuracy in determining direction of stock (i think that's what their "success rate" refers to) and annualized returns of 30%+. But question is... How can they be certain 1) when these guys buy? and when to exit? 2) how do you know if these stocks are bought in long-short pair strategy? [link] [comments]  |
