Is ‘The E Myth Revisited” Still Relevant? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 03:54 PM PST I picked this book up but did not know if the tactics and advice in this book is outdated. I have heard great things but have not read it myself. What are your thoughts? [link] [comments] |
Wtf is going on with Carlos Ghosn? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 09:51 PM PST How is this kept so quiet and how is this not having more impact on Japanese and French car manufacturers stock value? The guy has now to sign written declaration of guilt, in Japanese mind you, to be liberated. Is this japan or North Korea? Yakuza ruling? [link] [comments] |

Is this considered a kickback? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 10:07 PM PST So this may be complicated but here me out. Most hospitals reimburse providers a maximum amount for ceu money, lets say $1200. So the provider pays $1200, Audiodigest gives the customer $500 card and education, and the hospital reimburse provider $1200. Question: Does audiodigest count the $500 as a business expense and deducts from taxes? And why give a gift card, why not just give the provider a check for $500? Is this considered a kickback? Alternative to SWOT or Appreciative Inquiry? Posted: 05 Jan 2019 05:44 PM PST I'm gathering my team for a retreat on Tuesday to talk about engaging clients and thinking about our approach. I'd like to do something similar to a SWOT analysis or appreciative inquiry. I've considered a modified Johari Window as well, but am curious if there is anything folks have done that they've found to be incredibly useful to help folks think outside the box and be critical. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
Why covering airlines around the genuinely friendly Southwest CEO Herb Kelleher could be 'dangerous' Posted: 05 Jan 2019 04:39 PM PST |
Posted: 05 Jan 2019 07:37 AM PST This may I will be graduating with a BBA with an emphasis on management. I don't have any "real" experience in the field, is it best to apply for paid internships to get the experience or go straight into a permanent position and hope that a company will spend the time and money to train me from the ground up? Edit: just to elaborate more; I have a high gpa, and am interested in pretty much any department of business. I have held various hourly jobs that I did great at, but no professional positions that many "entry level" jobs want experience in. (Not sure how to have 2 years experience in a professional field without having the education to get hired to that position...?) which is why I wonder if an internship is better than going straight for a permanent position. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |
