How Do You Get Over The Fear Of Running A Business? Posted: 02 Dec 2018 02:10 AM PST I just registered my first business of selling products. I've been in the computer industry for 7 years ( worked for big companies selling ), now I believe I can do it but I'm so scared. I won't resign I'll just run it on the side by offering what my current company is not. But I'm scared. Could this be a sign not to do this? [link] [comments] |
How to develop a business strategy workshop? Posted: 02 Dec 2018 01:49 AM PST I work in a small digital agency, the company is only a year old. The founders have asked me to prepare a strategy workshop for them. Since I've never done this before I was wondering if anyone had any advice/resources that could help. I know the business very well but am a bit stuck on putting the workshop together. [link] [comments] |

How do Investors agreements work? Posted: 02 Dec 2018 12:12 AM PST I opened a business (Board Games Cafe) a year ago, and for the first year, we were able to break even every month, paying salaries, rent, suppliers and all okay. For the past month and a half, business have been disastrously bad, barely any customers and so on. We are suffering. I was thinking of bringing in an investor who might help out because we have a very good reputation and people love coming to us, regular customers and very good word of mouth, it's just struggling when it comes to money. How does an investor agreement work? How much do they end up getting back and when does it happen? Do they take a percentage of the sales? or the profit? and when do they start taking? What about if the business doesn't thrive in a year or two, what happens to the money they invested? Thank you [link] [comments] |

What does a Board of Directors do? Posted: 01 Dec 2018 11:43 PM PST Exactly what is the function of the Board of Directors? I ask because many CEOs or large companies also serve as board members of other companies. How do they juggle their workload and responsibility for managing their own company while dabbling in others? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 01 Dec 2018 01:44 PM PST The title says it all. How can I get my idea recognised by major corporations and getting them to listen to me? [link] [comments] |
