$GOV Posted: 07 Nov 2018 01:18 PM PST So this stock has a high dividend yield (currently 9.28%) that appears to be consistent since 2010. As well as the EPS's have been way higher than what any prediction has tried to come to terms with for the past few quarters. It also appears to be stable as 63% of their income comes from government contracts. They specialize in renting out government offices with contracts involving county, state, and federal governments in the USA. Would you guys hold for 3+ years just for the dividend? Anyone else invested in this stock? submitted by /u/Thvt-One [link] [comments] |
We buying MTCH stock? Posted: 07 Nov 2018 03:53 AM PST Reported earnings yesterday, dropped 10% on guidance (lowered expected revenue a tad bit) and probably the idea of a $2 special dividend which is probably going to be funded by debt. I personally wish i got in when it dipped to $35 on the news FB may be entering the dating space, because I really think the online dating world is going to continue to grow at a massive rate and there is certainly room for more than 1 app/site as MTCH has proven. It is also trading at a pretty low P/E for the growth it is showing submitted by /u/Boston_Red_Sox [link] [comments] |

AAPL valuation without long term growth? Posted: 07 Nov 2018 02:16 PM PST I don't think that they can pull anything super innovative off anymore at this point given that Steve is gone and at the current price points it really starts to hurt average Joe to buy a new iPhone, iPad or Macbook without qualifying for a payment plan. Their products are the best there is but they can't increase pricing to infinity. Retina for their Macbooks and a touch ID was pretty much their last ammo and after the end of next year when everybody has a new Macbook, iPad and iPhone I don't see how they can add value anymore. The iPhone value proposition is already pretty bad imo. Thoughts? submitted by /u/mgtow_guy [link] [comments] |
How to look at financials going back further than the main sites show? Posted: 07 Nov 2018 01:57 PM PST I want to be able to go more in depth researching financials before I make a purchase. I think this is especially important with cyclical stocks. Is there a website that lets you go 10 years, or maybe even 20 years back with its financial statements. It doesnt have to be quarterly, just annual would be good enough for my purposes. Ive checked Yahoo, Google, Marketwatch, and all the big name sites, but most only go back about 5 years. submitted by /u/Encouragedissent [link] [comments] |
