    Closing a Business in UAE

    Posted: 06 Oct 2018 10:57 PM PDT

While UAE provides a great platform to set up a company, innovate, build and grow your business presence around the world, it's also offers lucrative exit strategies for those businesses that could not make it to their mark. When a business cannot make enough to balance its costs of production with its revenues, or is subject to fines, penalties or legal action for breaking the country's laws, or just decides to no longer pursue the venture can apply for business closure.

Any business that goes beyond the point of insolvency and its liabilities start to outweigh more than its worth, than a business must be closed through a legal procedure so all the unsafe debts are written off, the license cancelled and assets distributed between the shareholders, creditors and other legal parties.

    Company Liquidation in UAE

Although the process is known as company liquidation, it also goes by company wind-up and company cancellation. The process allows insolvent companies to close their trade license and liquidate the assets according to UAE's legislature. Since the process involves a professional on legal, financial and administrative expertise, it is recommended to appoint a verified consultancy source that can take the business owner or shareholders throughout the process transparently. The process starts by holding company resolution meeting and appointing a liquidator to oversee the process and liaison with UAE's legislative bodies.

There are two types of company liquidation in UAE.

    1. Voluntary

In voluntary liquidation process the company remains in control and invites cancellation to close its operations and turn a new leaf. Voluntary liquidation is further divided into two parts, creditors voluntary liquidation and member's voluntary liquidation. In the latter, the company only qualifies if it is able to meet its financial obligations.

    2. Compulsory/Forced

An involuntary, compulsory or forced liquidation is cancellation process imposed by the creditors on the insolvent company or law breaking company. Under the circumstances of forced legal authority, the court orders the liquidation and business license cancellation, resulting in financial consequences and legal backlash.

It's always best to apply for voluntary liquidation and seek assistance of a seasoned agency to help you around with UAE laws and the stages of the deregistration process in affordable solutions. That way you save time and a lot of stress often involved in closing a company in UAE.

If I wanted to get my product in store shelves (small local smoke shops not big corporations) who would I have to "go through" to validate the safety/legitimacy of my products? Notes: it is for CBD products, such as tinctures.

A little background here: I have always been fascinated with computers but never really had enough money to start building a lot of them. I have recently built a computer and I am thinking if selling it for a little bit more than I got it myself for (it has been used for a out 10 weeks) and then building a better one and then selling that one for a bit more and so on. I will probably be working by myself for a little while until I can make company out of it. Should I go along with this, could it work and is it even worth it?

    Google Employee Change Rate?

    Posted: 06 Oct 2018 02:12 PM PDT

What is the employee change rate of google? With employee change rate i mean how much people do go and come there over a year?

Do people go to google because it is really that good of a company (employee friendly) or do the majority just go there so it stands in their CV?
