Posted: 10 Aug 2018 09:50 PM PDT I tried it out one time. I logged in, tried to install steam and rocket league. Didn't install. Didn't work. Contacted support, they gave me standard no help answers with an extremely condescending attitude. Finally got it to work after looking up all the problems myself. Was extremely laggy and didn't work right. I used it in total for about 1 hour. I logged off, turned off the machine, and logged off my account. At the end of the month I see they are trying to charge me $50 for a whole month of usage. The support tech says I "Owe them money". They wont stop trying to charge me. Their support will not back down and are extremely rude. Luckily my card doesn't have the money on it and the charge won't go through. If it did I would report fraud. This is no way to do business. Do not use them ever. Their service is terrible. Their support is terrible, and they are trying to do business like thugs. [link] [comments] |
