Which book to learn about the stock market Posted: 01 Jul 2018 08:13 PM PDT Hello, Which book can you recommend to learn about the stock market and investing? I'm a total beginner and have no idea how any of this works and would like to learn it. I've heard about Ben Graham, but some people say his books are outdated, so it would be nice if the book would be up to date. Thank you PS.: Sorry for bad English [link] [comments] |
Is taking a break on the market an overreaction? Posted: 01 Jul 2018 10:36 AM PDT I lost about 10% last week, biggest deficit since the market correction back in the last week of January. It has me feeling a little worried and discouraged, I know many says it a bullish time for the market. However, As the market has been on a down slide the last few weeks, in the midst of this trade war stuff. I'm I over reacting If I completely sell my portfolio until this storm pass? Posted: 30 Jun 2018 08:48 PM PDT As the title said, about to come into 50k end of July, 26 and married, no debt other than 800 dollar mortgage. Have 20k saved in HYSA. Thinking about making out IrA and put the rest in brokerage. What are some stock suggestions, for the long terms. Looking at index funds and mutual funds. Reits and alternative. Open to suggestions. Posted: 01 Jul 2018 02:15 AM PDT Recently I became 18 and want to start investing within the stock market I have saved up a bit of money to be able to invest. I have no clue how I am supposed to start up, what site should I use? How does the taxes part function? Do I need to go to my bank to get a fund account to start my investments? By the way I am from Sweden. [link] [comments] |
Is it to late to buy into defense contractors, drones? Posted: 01 Jul 2018 04:02 AM PDT Is it time to move on to the next big industry or are these guys still GTG. I'm looking at cyber security and retirement homes as the next best thing. At what point do you decide an industry is overvalued? [link] [comments] |
